Moloco Hires Brandon Maultasch, Former RBC Capital Markets Managing Director, As Chief Financial Officer

Maultasch brings a decade of investment banking experience with software and internet companies to inaugurate the role of CFO on Moloco’s executive team

Moloco, a leading machine learning platform for performance advertisers, announced today that Brandon Maultasch has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Maultasch, who most recently worked as the Managing Director of RBC Capital Markets, will begin immediately.

Maultasch brings ten years of experience in investment banking to his new role. He has held a series of leadership positions at RBC Capital Markets from 2013 until now, first as a Vice President, then as Director, and most recently as Managing Director. Throughout his career as an investment banker, Maultasch focused on advising software and internet companies on corporate strategy, value creation, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. During his tenure at RBC Capital Markets, he led successful IPOs, M&A and LBO transactions, completing more than 100 strategic advisory and capital markets transactions for companies like Pinterest, Lyft, DoubleVerify, Pubmatic, Slack, and Olo.

Brandon Maultasch holds a B.A. from Tufts University, a J.D. from NYU School of Law, and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business. Before landing at RBC Capital Markets, he worked at Rainbow Media, now AMC Networks and Piper Jaffray, now Piper Sandler.
