Tachyum Enhances Customer and Partner Experience with New Web Ticketing System

Tachyum today announced that it has launched enhancements to its online Customer & Partner Portal with the addition of a ticketing system for users performing testing and evaluation of the Prodigy® Universal Processor. Users can now submit feature requests, provide feedback, and report issues. In addition to scaling up engagement, the new ticketing system better serves customers and partners across time zones, countries and continents.

“We are looking forward to receiving feedback on how our testers are using Prodigy to accelerate AI/ML, medical technology, automotive applications, and so much more.”

The ticketing system also helps Tachyum’s developers monitor progress of Prodigy testing, identify what users need, and provide fast responses. Customers and partners can use the system through the portal’s interface or email, while Tachyum’s support team benefits from a single hub to keep track of conversations.

Users are deploying Prodigy evaluation boards with diverse software systems in hyperscale, HPC and AI workloads. These applications have struggled on other hardware systems, and had limited support. Tachyum developers are using the ticketing system to see how much better the Prodigy platform performs in these demanding scenarios, and support users in their testing.

“With a growing number of partners and future customers, it was important to streamline interactions and make our communications more effective,” said Ken Wagner, Tachyum co-founder and VP of business development. “We are looking forward to receiving feedback on how our testers are using Prodigy to accelerate AI/ML, medical technology, automotive applications, and so much more.”

“At InoCloud, we are working relentlessly on innovating the world of high performance, low carbon footprint infrastructure for AI, HPC and cloud. We are very pleased that the launch of the new web ticketing system has made it even easier to collaborate with Tachyum on all activities related to the Prodigy Universal Processor. We are using it successfully from planning, design, simulations, all the way to testing,“ said Tomáš Meliško, Head of Strategic Alliances of InoCloud.

Prodigy has the potential to create unrivaled computational speed and vast energy saving capabilities for hyperscale, OEM, telecommunication, private cloud, and government markets. Prodigy’s 10x lower processor core power consumption will dramatically cut carbon emissions associated with data center usage. Prodigy’s 3x lower cost (at equivalent performance) will also translate to billions of dollars in annual savings to hyperscalers like Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Alibaba.
