Impact Announces Agency Advisory Board to Further Advance Partnership Economy

Board created within Impact’s Premier Partnership Program to advise further development of Impact’s Partnership Cloud™ and to increase efficiencies in partnership management

Impact, the global leader in Partnership Automation, announced the creation of a new Agency Advisory Board as part of its Premier Partnership Program. The program, unveiled earlier this year to invest in and support agency partners, is made up of performance agencies who use Impact’s Partnership Cloud™ to manage partnership programs on behalf of their clients. The new board is made up of five leading agencies within the program: Acceleration Partners, Gen3, OPM Pros, PartnerCentric and Streamline, and acts as a guide to strengthen Impact’s technology as it shapes the growing partnership automation category.

Traditional affiliates alone now represent up to 20 percent or more of a brand’s revenue, causing a surge in demand for agencies in the space – and Impact’s Partnership Cloud enables those agencies to manage goals, optimize campaigns and drive revenue growth. Since the beginning of 2018, Impact has seen a 50 percent increase in the number of agencies using their technology to manage partnerships for clients. As agencies represent the services arm of the business, Impact has a vested interest in the success of their agency partners and established this elite group as advisors to ensure successful collaboration.

The company has continued to innovate, developing new solutions that enable brands of all sizes to tap into the opportunities that the partnership economy offers. Earlier this year, Impact announced $75 million in funding to support the development of their partnership automation technology, introducing its Partnership Cloud for end-to-end management of the lifecycle of any kind of direct business partnership. The creation of the Premier Partnership Program and subsequent Agency Advisory Board is an investment in Impact’s agency partners.

“Our Premier Partnership Program is a truly symbiotic relationship, established to share mutual learnings, challenges and trends in the industry,” said Mike Head, General Manager, Partnership Cloud. “Our agency advisory board provides our team with valuable and necessary feedback as we develop our technology, shaping the partech category moving forward. On the flip side, our agency members get the support, unique access and technology they need to provide their clients with the best possible service.”

The Premier Partnership Program invests support and development in agencies using the Impact Partnership Cloud platform. Featured benefits of the program, in addition to the Advisory Board, include:

  • In-person certification training: onsite certification workshop for affiliate marketing agency teams that includes program evaluations, strategic best practices and product overviews
  • Dedicated Channel Partnerships Success Manager: keeps partners up to date on new product releases, provide training to new-hires and collaborate on product enhancements
  • Co-marketing events: an opportunity for agencies to partner with Impact to host joint/co-marketing initiatives, including industry events

“Impact’s technology allows us to manage portfolios more easily, and at a scale that provides immense value for our clients’ partnership programs – whether affiliate, influencer or otherwise,” said Andy Cantos, Principal at Gen3. “As a member of the Premier Partnership Program and the Agency Advisory Board, our team has a direct line to shaping how the technology we use every single day is developed.”
