Community Brands Invests Millions into Development of Nimble AMS, Driving More Associations Than Ever to Adopt the Enterprise Association Management Software Built on Salesforce Platform

Community Brands, the leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for associations, nonprofits, schools and faith-based groups, announced that more associations are pushing productivity higher and working smarter with Nimble AMS, which is built on the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform. During a three-quarter period beginning in October 2017, the product achieved record-breaking milestones with 45 percent customer growth and 75 percent revenue growth.

The recent adoption of Nimble AMS by organizations signals the product’s largest growth at any time. The unprecedented growth, the Nimble AMS Summer ’18 release, and the integrations with Community Brands careers, learning and event technologies position the enterprise management software as an important membership solution in the newly announced Community Brands association software suite. The end-to-end software suite helps associations increase revenue, improve efficiency and digitally engage members.

The new growth of Nimble AMS comes on the heels of millions of dollars in resource investment by Community Brands to accelerate delivery of the product development roadmap and customer experience. There has also been a strong effort to create more awareness about Nimble AMS and market the power of Salesforce by leveraging Community Brands’ industry knowledge and expertise.

A portion of the Community Brands investment also fueled the current Nimble AMS Summer ’18 release. With this current version, associations now have access to more payment options, improved data privacy and protection, and expanded event management capabilities. There are also design improvements that allow developers and administrative staff to more easily configure Nimble AMS to meet specific needs of their organization and membership.
