Industry Veterans Join Dynamic Signal to Accelerate Growth and Support Increasing Market Demand for Employee Communication and Engagement Platforms

Dynamic Signal, the leading Employee Communication and Engagement Platform, announced two additions to its leadership team. These new hires will support the company’s growth and generate broad awareness for its mobile-first technology platform that allows organizations to modernize, streamline, and measure employee and communication and engagement. Veteran marketing leader, Wendy Close, has joined the company as Vice President of Product and Customer Marketing and professional services expert, Nav Kalra has joined the company as Vice President of Customer Success, International.

These key hires strengthen Dynamic Signal’s team at a time when the company is experiencing rapid growth, leading the $5 billion Employee Communication and Engagement market. Research has found that 85 percent of global workers are not actively engaged with their work and that companies with employees who rank in the top quartile of engagement are 21 percent more profitable than those with employees in the bottom quartile, making the focus on employee experience a top priority.

Close is a thirty-year software industry professional skilled in uncovering actionable insights that drive product, go-to-market, distribution, and growth strategies. In her new role she will be responsible for sales readiness and marketing enablement, as well as driving product vision, strategy, roadmap, and overall go-to-market strategy. She will also help build the Dynamic Signal “brain trust,” giving customers the opportunity to network with more than 850 leaders, achievers and innovators in the field of Employee Communication and Engagement. Prior to joining Dynamic Signal, Close served as VP of Global Product Marketing at Apttus, a software provider for the Quote-to-Cash market. Prior to Apttus, Close spent over a decade at Salesforce on the GTM strategy team and over 10 years as a Gartner CRM Research Analyst.

Kalra has accumulated over 20 years of experience working with startups, technology-based corporations, media, and telecommunications providers. In his new role at Dynamic Signal he will be responsible for implementation services, professional services, and ensuring long-term customer success through customer experience optimization and partnerships. Before joining Dynamic Signal, Kalra served as Global Vice President of Tradeshift, a global business platform connecting companies and allowing them to run all their business processes in the cloud in real-time. Prior to Tradeshift, Nav spent three years at Apttus as Vice President of Professional Services International.
