Hudson brings a wealth of financial expertise to StackAdapt, having held leadership roles at various high-growth companies, successfully scaling organizations and expanding finance teams. Most recently, she served as CFO of EngageSmart, where she built and led the strategic finance function while enabling high growth and enhanced profitability. Prior to that, she was VP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Carbonite, and held roles at The Davenport Companies, RSM US LLP, and Henderson and Associates.

She has helped take two technology companies public, breaking barriers as a young C-suite executive in a traditionally male-dominated field. Throughout her career, she has driven value creation by leading financial transformations, scaling businesses, and guiding strategic acquisitions.
