Human Connection Matters to Gen Z: Ooma Survey Busts Myths Around Generational Communication Preferences

Ooma, Inc., a smart communications platform for businesses and consumers, announced the results of a survey1 commissioned to discover consumers’ preferred method for communicating with local businesses.
