ServiceSource Grows Social Responsibility Program with Givful

Employees Volunteer Nearly 12,000 Hours in 2019 Through ServiceSource Cares

ServiceSource, the digital customer journey experience company, has expanded the reach of its ServiceSource Cares social responsibility program to help its employees give back to the communities where they live and work.

Through a new partnership with Givful, an organization that connects charities with corporations and giving communities across the U.S., ServiceSource will connect its employees with nonprofits seeking donations and volunteers, and expand options for its employees to give back to their local communities.

“The workforce of the twenty-first century, particularly younger employees, are driven by opportunities to support their community, help others less fortunate, and make their mark on the world,” said Gary B. Moore, chairman and chief executive officer, ServiceSource. “Through our ServiceSource Cares program, our employees volunteered nearly 12,000 hours of their time in 2019. Giving back to the communities around us is a thriving part of our company culture and we are excited to make volunteering and giving even easier through our partnership with Givful.”

Givful offers a cloud-based technology platform to directly connect employers, employees, and nonprofits. The platform enables employees to browse more than two million charities, select their favorite causes, and contribute directly through payroll deductions. Employees can also sign up to volunteer in their communities using a custom portal.
