Protecting dealership reputation with best-in-class spam verification platform

CallRevu, an industry leader in automotive call monitoring and analytics, has forged a strategic partnership with Dealer Identity by Volie to protect dealership reputation with number verification to prevent negative labeling and call blocking.

“Dealer Identity enables us to offer next-level capabilities that ensure all outbound calls are attributed to the dealership and not flagged as spam. Since launching February 2022, call rate accuracy has increased 7%, with more outbound calls being connected,” said Anthony Giagnacovo, CallRevu CEO.

Combining the Dealer Identity platform with CallRevu, dealerships now have best-in-class telephony protection against spam calling and number mislabeling which impact customer connectivity. Dealership phone numbers are verified and shared with wireless carriers to remove ‘spam’ or ‘fraud’ classifications. Every number is monitored, registered, and regularly checked to authenticate number validation with monthly health check summaries and risk rating reports.
