AdImpact Bolsters Sales Leadership Team With New Hires

Seasoned sales leaders to drive revenue and expand partnerships

AdImpact, a leading advertising intelligence company, announced it has expanded its sales team with the appointment of Doug Herber as Head of Partnerships and Bruce Peltzer as Head of Partnerships, Political.

Joining AdImpact with deep sales expertise in the advertising and marketing industries, Herber will be responsible for shaping the company’s strategic partnerships blueprint and driving revenue for its industry-wide advertising intelligence business, for which they recently launched a new SaaS based TV advertising intelligence platform. Prior to AdImpact, Herber held senior leadership roles at Vivvix and Kantar, and previously worked for Nielsen Media Research.

“As we seek to scale our industry-wide platform, Doug will facilitate stronger partnerships with TV advertising industry leaders and influence further enhancements to our data offerings,” said Don Norton, GM of AdImpact. “This hire reinforced our commitment to ensuring our clients stay ahead in the rapidly evolving television industry.”

Peltzer will be responsible for scaling partnerships and product innovations for AdImpact’s political business. Prior to AdImpact, he managed sales for FLX Connected Television and Streaming Video solutions for Fox Ad Solutions, and also held sales leadership roles across Fox Corporation, FOX Television, Viacom, and Paramount.

“Political advertising has reached record levels this election season, with spending levels expected to surpass $10.7 billion,” said John Link, Vice President of Sales at AdImpact. “Adding Bruce to our team will set us up for success for the homestretch of the 2024 election cycle and in the years ahead.”

To support this leadership team, AdImpact has also brought onboard Kyle Henke as Senior Account Executive, Data Solutions. Joining AdImpact from RobotLAB, where he was a sales manager, Henke also held sales roles at TEGNA, WFAA and Ricoh America.
