Creates new leadership structure in the Office of the CEO

Apttus, the global Middle Office leader, announced the appointment of George Kadifa as Chairman of the Board. George Kadifa has been on the Board of Directors of Apttus since 2016 and has three decades of operating experience in the technology sector.

Kirk Krappe, co-founder of Apttus, will be leaving the company effective 2 July. Apttus has also announced the creation of the Office of the CEO to lead the company, comprised of —

Kent Perkocha, co-founder and Chief Customer Officer; Neehar Giri, co-founder, President and Chief Solutions Officer; and Raj Verma, Chief Operating Officer.

The search for the company’s next CEO has commenced under the direction of the Board of Directors. The company will continue to execute on its previously announced strategic initiatives.

Mr. Kadifa was Executive Vice President at HP, reporting to the CEO and a member of its Executive Committee. He was responsible for leading growth initiatives and alliance programs with key partners, service providers, and the largest customers. He previously served as Executive Vice President of HP Software. He led HP’s $4-billion software business that includes IT/Cloud Operations Management, Application Delivery Management, Enterprise Security, and HP Big Data. He has held various leadership positions at technology and management consulting companies such as IBM, Corio Corporation (founder), Oracle, Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Xerox.
