Amperity Unveils AI Solutions that Turn Traveler Data Into Real-Time Insight and Action

0
Vertiv Expects Powering Up for AI, Digital Twins and Adaptive Liquid Cooling to Shape Data Center Design and Operations

Powered by real-time data and AI, the new offerings help hotels and airlines anticipate traveler needs, deepen loyalty and grow direct revenue

Amperity, a leading AI-powered Customer Data Cloud for consumer brands, has announced Amperity for Hotels and Amperity for Airlines – purpose-built solutions that turn fragmented guest data into real-time personalized experiences. These solutions help travel brands anticipate traveler needs at every stage of the journey, strengthening loyalty and increasing direct revenue.

travelers expect instant recognition and respond with relevant offers – from the moment they’re browsing flights, to the second they check in, or book on a mobile device. Delivering on that expectation requires connecting every real-time action to a traveler’s full history, from loyalty status to spend. For more than half (58%) of airlines and hotels, this data remains scattered across disconnected systems, making true personalization nearly impossible.

Marketing Technology News: Martech Interview with Aquibur Rahman, CEO of Mailmodo

“Travelers want more than transactions, they want to be recognized at every touchpoint,” said Grigori Melnik, chief product officer at Amperity. “Our industry solutions give brands a flexible way to connect customer data and act on it instantly, turning every upgrade, loyalty moment, and personalized offer into lasting growth.”

Unlock Real-Time Personalization in Travel

Amperity powers these new solutions by uniting AI-driven identity with real-time activity streams, creating continuously updated traveler profiles that enable instant recognition and personalization. With this foundation, hotels and airlines can anticipate needs, respond in the moment, and build stronger loyalty over time. Amperity’s innovations focus on two critical areas:

  1. Know Every Traveler at Every Touchpoint: Recognition is the foundation of trust and relevance. Amperity connects fragmented data across systems and channels to ensure every booking, loyalty update, or in-trip interaction ties back to a complete traveler history. The result: every channel and every employee can deliver a consistently relevant experience whenever and wherever the traveler engages.

  2. Turn Moments Into Revenue: Amperity’s Real-Time Profiles drive journeys that adapt to each traveler. Brands can act instantly on signals, like browsing for an upgrade, opening a mobile check-in, or abandoning a booking, by delivering the right offer at the exact moment of decision. They can also resolve disruptions with timely, empathetic messages that build trust when travelers need it most. And with Amperity’s AI Assistant, these journeys can be built and scaled marketers using natural language, making sophisticated personalization faster and easier than ever without requiring specialized technical skills

“Partnering with Amperity helps us unlock data to deepen personalization and become more relevant to our customers. We focus on showing our guests that we truly know them, understand their needs, and anticipate what they’ll want next,” said Lori Ho, director of lifecycle and growth marketing at Alaska Airlines.

Travelers are more connected, more demanding, and less loyal than ever. To compete, airlines and hotels must respond to traveler needs in real time. Amperity for Hotels and Amperity for Airlines solutions enable travel brands to maximize their return on customer data, their most complex and valuable asset. As AI and personalization redefine the travel experience, brands that can respond to customers in real time will win lasting loyalty.

Amperity’s Customer Data Cloud empowers brands to transform raw customer data into strategic business assets with unprecedented speed and accuracy. Through AI-powered identity resolution, customizable data models, and intelligent automation, Amperity helps technologists eliminate data bottlenecks and accelerate business impact. More than 400 leading brands worldwide, including Alaska Airlines, DICK’S Sporting Goods, BECU, Virgin Atlantic and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, rely on Amperity to drive customer insights and revenue growth. Founded in 2016, Amperity operates globally with offices in Seattle, New York City, London, and Melbourne.

Commvault Partners with Pinecone, Fortifying Enterprise AI Stacks Against Emerging Threats

Solution provides advanced point-in-time recovery and immutable backups for vector retrieval workloads, enabling mission-critical retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) AI applications

Commvault, a leader in unified resilience at enterprise scale, announced its partnership with Pinecone to bring advanced cyber resilience capabilities to joint customers, helping enterprises protect and rapidly recover vector retrieval workloads that power retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and other AI use cases.

Many enterprises already use Commvault as a single, unified pane of glass to manage their cloud and on-prem resilience operations. With the rise of vectors as a critical data type for today’s AI applications, this solution extends Commvault’s capabilities to include these workloads, adding an additional layer of resilience on top of Pinecone’s already durable, natively backed-up vector storage. Commvault’s extensive resilience capabilities also help joint customers support compliance and governance requirements.

Vector databases such as Pinecone sit at the heart of modern AI, giving systems fast access to the knowledge they need for training and for delivering accurate, context-aware responses. These databases store numerical representations—digital fingerprints that capture relationships among text, images, and other content. They are foundational to AI accuracy, and essential during inference. Yet until now, enterprises in highly regulated industries with advanced compliance controls have had limited options for safeguarding this data against corruption, deletion, or attacks. This new offering changes that.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Haley Trost, Group Product Marketing Manager @ Braze

Commvault’s solution addresses this priority by enabling immutable backup, point-in-time-recovery (PITR), and customizable extended retention of vector data—in addition to Pinecone’s natively durable object-storage and built-in backup system—all without impacting query latency. Delivered via Commvault Cloud, the solution supports Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and multi-cloud deployments, offering a unified approach for enterprise AI resilience. It allows organizations to elevate their RAG systems from experimental prototypes to always-on, resilient production environments.

Key features and benefits of the solution:

  • Accelerated PITR Keeps AI Applications Running: Enables restoration of vector indexes to a prior state, minimizing downtime and preserving quality for RAG inference – the background process that takes place when a model generates an output.
  • Protection Against Data Poisoning, Evasion, Privacy, and Abuse Attacks: Backups are stored as encrypted, air-gapped, immutable copies, helping to enable clean recovery – even from malicious injection or accidental deletion.
  • Unified Cyber Resilience Across Clouds: A single platform delivers robust protection for Pinecone deployments across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, reducing fragmentation and enabling consistent security and recovery.
  • Support Compliance and Audit Readiness: Maintains indelible, auditable copies to support governance, regulatory, and audit requirements in AI workflows.

Marketing Technology News: Cross-Department Collaboration with Marketing Workflow Automation: Enhancing Alignment Between Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing Teams

“As enterprises embed AI deeper into their operations and leverage RAG, the vector database layer has become mission-critical; increasingly, these organizations seek additional layers of protection and compliance beyond their already highly durable systems. With Pinecone, we are closing that protection gap,” said Pranay Ahlawat, Chief Technology and AI Officer, Commvault. “We’re enabling AI stacks to operate with the same confidence, governance, and recoverability that traditional workloads demand.”

“Pinecone is built for performance and scale, and our customers trust us with their most critical AI assets. Partnering with Commvault allows us to offer an even deeper level of resilience for organizations with complex compliance needs,” said Jeff Zhu, VP Product, Pinecone.

We focus on explainer videos that simplify complex ideas and help businesses communicate clearly, not just visually.”

— Prolific Studio

In competitive digital environment, attention is limited and messaging must be immediate. Explainer videos have become a critical tool for brands that need to simplify offerings, improve conversion rates, and support sales and onboarding. Prolific Studio’s approach combines structured storytelling, clean design, and a production workflow that prioritizes clarity at every stage.

Marketing Technology News: Martech Interview with Aquibur Rahman, CEO of Mailmodo

A Los Angeles Animation Studio Built for Business Communication

Based in Los Angeles, Prolific Studio operates as a modern animation studio in Los Angeles serving clients across the United States. The studio’s location allows it to collaborate closely with entertainment, technology, healthcare, and corporate teams, while also supporting fully remote workflows for nationwide clients.

Unlike generic production houses, Prolific Studio positions itself as a strategy-driven explainer video company, aligning visuals with audience intent and platform requirements. Each project begins with understanding the message, the viewer, and the desired outcome before any animation is produced.

This structured approach helps brands avoid common issues such as overcomplicated visuals, unclear messaging, or videos that look impressive but fail to convert.

Custom Animated Explainer Videos That Support Real Outcomes

As a dedicated animated explainer video company, Prolific Studio produces videos tailored to specific business needs, including:

Product and service explainers for websites and landing pages

Marketing and advertising explainer videos

SaaS and technology walkthroughs

Corporate training and onboarding animations

Healthcare and medical explainers

Investor and internal communication videos

Each explainer video is developed through a defined pipeline that includes scripting, storyboarding, visual design, animation, sound, and final delivery. This ensures consistency, predictable timelines, and clear review checkpoints throughout production.

Why Businesses Choose Prolific Studio as Their Explainer Video Company

Organizations working with Prolific Studio often cite clarity, reliability, and communication as key reasons for choosing the studio. Rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all animation style, the team adapts the visual approach to match brand tone, audience expectations, and distribution channels.

As a Los Angeles-based animation studio, Prolific Studio also emphasizes transparent pricing and defined deliverables. Clients receive a clear scope of work, revision structure, and usage terms before production begins, helping avoid delays and budget surprises.

This process-driven model has made the studio a preferred partner for companies that need animation to perform a specific role in their marketing or communication strategy.

The Growing Role of Animated Explainer Videos in the USA Market

Across the U.S., businesses are increasingly relying on explainer videos to bridge the gap between information and understanding. Whether used on homepages, sales decks, paid campaigns, or internal platforms, animated explainer videos help reduce friction and speed up decision-making.

As an established explainer video company, Prolific Studio continues to see increased demand from sectors such as technology, healthcare, education, and professional services. These industries often deal with complex concepts that benefit from visual explanation rather than text-heavy content.

By combining storytelling with design discipline, Prolific Studio supports brands looking to improve engagement without overwhelming their audience.

Conductor Launches Official App in ChatGPT, Bringing Enterprise AI Search Intelligence Directly Into AI-Powered Workflows

0
Cyclotron Launches Strategy Office to Guide Enterprises Through AI-Driven Transformation

Conductor

Conductor, the end-to-end enterprise platform for the AI search era, announced the launch of its official app in ChatGPT, giving enterprises one of the first authoritative ways to understand how their brand is represented, cited, and interpreted in AI-generated answers. Built on Conductor’s new MCP server, the Conductor app in ChatGPT brings real-time AI visibility data directly into ChatGPT.

The Conductor app is now accessible directly within ChatGPT, setting a new benchmark for enterprise AI search intelligence.

As AI-generated responses increasingly shape how people evaluate brands, make decisions, and seek information, enterprises need a reliable way to understand how they appear inside these systems. With ChatGPT driving higher levels of AI-driven discovery, brands are being judged and compared inside AI long before a customer reaches their website. Yet, most organizations have had few trustworthy ways to see or influence that presence.

Marketing Technology News: Martech Interview with Aquibur Rahman, CEO of Mailmodo

Conductor’s new app in ChatGPT changes that by connecting real-time brand, content, and competitive intelligence through an enterprise-grade Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. MCP enables AI agents/LLMs to communicate with external tools and data sources via a shared standard, allowing access to accurate, real-time performance data as it reasons. This makes Conductor one of the first platforms to give enterprises a grounded, data-driven view of their visibility inside AI answers directly in ChatGPT.

“Most enterprises are experimenting with AI agents, but an agent is only as good as the data and context it can understand,” said Wei Zheng, Chief Product Officer at Conductor. “By building an MCP, we let the Conductor app in ChatGPT connect directly to Conductor’s AI intelligence. Our split reasoning model means the Conductor app in ChatGPT does what it does best, the analysis and narrative, while Conductor keeps the intelligence grounded in real brand performance data, leveraging its differentiated synthetic prompt curation engine. That gives customers trusted answers, not guesses, about how their brand is being perceived across AI experiences.”

“Every major shift in search has created a new class of winners, and AI is the biggest shift yet,” said Seth Besmertnik, CEO and Co-founder of Conductor. “Conductor, as a verified app for the expansion of the OpenAI enterprise App Directory, signals a new standard for how brands will understand and grow in this environment. It is an inflection point for the entire industry, and we are proud to help define what enterprise success in AI search looks like.”

With the Conductor app in ChatGPT, users can validate AI brand presence, view citation share across leading AI search surfaces, assess sentiment by search intent, analyze competitive visibility, and generate grounded content recommendations informed by real performance data. These workflows bring Conductor’s intelligence directly into the AI surface, where users increasingly perform their research and decision-making.

Early enterprise testers such as Labcorp, Dun & Bradstreet, and UPMC echo this value of bringing Conductor intelligence into any AI surface through MCP.

“As AI reshapes how information is discovered and used, having Conductor’s visibility data embedded in those systems gives us real-time clarity on how our brand shows up, and the power to influence it where it matters most,” said Jon Ewing, Chief Marketing Officer, Dun & Bradstreet. “By surfacing that data directly inside LLMs and into the agents our teams build, Conductor puts us at the forefront of a new era of brand visibility that’s built for the AI-first world.”

The current version of the Conductor app in ChatGPT exposes Conductor’s AI search performance data, with technical SEO, traffic, engagement, and content-optimization datasets planned for release. This upcoming expansion will allow enterprises to compare how they perform across AI search surfaces and classic Google search without leaving ChatGPT.

New Pipedrive App in ChatGPT Now Available for Pipedrive Customers

0
Quorum Launches Meeting Prep Agent and CRM Agent, Introducing Agentic Workflows for Government Affairs Teams

Pipedrive Logo

Pipedrive, the easy and effective CRM for small businesses, is now available as an integration in ChatGPT, a new integration developed by OpenAI. The app allows sales professionals to interact with their Pipedrive data directly within ChatGPT, transforming how users access insights, summarize lead activity and generate sales content like lead summaries or email drafts in seconds.

The ChatGPT app helps teams get to insights faster by reducing the need to switch between tools and by pulling the most relevant information directly from connected apps, helping users to work smarter and make decisions faster. The integration requires an OpenAI Business, Enterprise, Edu or Pro plan to enable it and can then be made available to all Pipedrive users, regardless of their Pipedrive plan. Once set up by a workspace admin in ChatGPT, users can link their Pipedrive accounts, allowing ChatGPT to regularly sync their accessible data for faster, more informed responses. From quick questions to deeper trend analysis, the integration helps sales teams surface insights faster and stay one step ahead by using the data they already have.

Marketing Technology News: Martech Interview with Aquibur Rahman, CEO of Mailmodo

“For most sales teams, the hardest part of selling isn’t the conversation, but everything that happens around it. Preparing for a call, digging through CRM records, writing follow-ups or making sense of pipeline trends can easily consume more time than the actual selling. The app for ChatGPT changes that. Salespeople can ask ChatGPT to surface the information they need, analyze trends or draft next steps based on real Pipedrive data – all in seconds,” said Sean Evers, VP of Sales & Partner at Pipedrive.

“By bringing Pipedrive directly into their ChatGPT account, teams will be given a faster, more intuitive way to understand what’s happening in their pipeline and what actions to take next. It’s not about replacing judgment, but removing any possible friction. When insights, context and content become instantly available on command, salespeople can stay focused on the conversations that move deals forward. That’s the real power of this integration.”

With AI rapidly transforming the sales landscape, Pipedrive remains focused on enabling responsible innovation. The release honors user access permissions, allows for easy disconnection and aligns with OpenAI’s data retention policies. This integration is part of a broader vision to deliver more intuitive, AI-powered experiences that streamline everyday tasks and help revenue teams stay focused on what they do best – selling.

Rockwell Automation: Five Reasons to Unify Power and Process Control on One Platform

0
Rockwell Automation: Five Reasons to Unify Power and Process Control on One Platform

Rockwell Automation Inc., is a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation presents a new opinion article. Every industrial manufacturer’s goal is operational optimization. But relying on disparate systems that operate on individual platforms can stand in the way and introduce risk.

Various operational elements such as the basic process control system, the variable frequency drives (VFD), motor control centers, instrumentation, control software and energy management programs must work together as integral parts of production.

When these elements are on separate platforms, however, the installation, operational and maintenance costs – and associated risks – are multiplied. Implementing pre-tested solutions for an individual platform helps. But as industrial operations become larger and more complex, risks such as unplanned downtime and cybersecurity vulnerabilities are magnified.

A strategic, unified approach helps reduce total cost of ownership, mitigate risks and provides data intelligence and broad visibility across the enterprise. It positively impacts operational processes including energy management, asset performance management, process management, safety, cybersecurity and production analytics.

A unified platform simplifies everything

A unified architecture helps manage and optimize a manufacturer’s complex systems, including process control, power management, VFDs, motor control centers, and safety systems. Operating one platform instead of two or more has obvious efficiencies, but this strategy has even more advantages.

Traditionally, process and power are separate functions employing different personnel, but using today’s technologies, power and process control are no longer separate. Organizations are increasingly choosing to connect the two for more efficient operation.

Power is a natural extension of process control functions, Ethernet IP networks, cybersecurity planning, safety and remote I/O. Integrated process and power systems take advantage of a singular automation platform that allows cross-function visibility and interactive communication, simplifying the environment for operators in a connected plant, mill or mine. Consolidating production automation process control and power infrastructure onto one platform provides a holistic view of the manufacturing enterprise and gives operators the information they need when they need it.

A single unified system enhances visibility and simplifies maintenance and operator training. Information from the various production processes can be aggregated and contextualized. This information provides valuable insights from multiple sources to support data-driven decisions in real time leading to actions that improve productivity, reduce costs, maintain quality and mitigate risk.

Overlaying real-time production and power data yields data insights that reveal opportunities for improved energy management strategies, product design improvements, and sustainability gains. Analyzing process and power data in similar formats supports optimization across the entire infrastructure.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Lee McCance, Chief Product Officer @ Adverity

Visibility and real-time data insights

Simplified hardware operation and software programming help industrial companies mitigate well-known workforce challenges. Specialized historical knowledge is captured, contextualized and used to help create data insights available to workers, driving operational consistency. Instead of undergoing training on multiple operating systems, plant operators can focus on learning one system and enjoy a modernized digital view of the enterprise. This unified visualization improves the user experience and helps improve quality and safety.

Real-time data and information across the enterprise supports efficiency and effectiveness helps workers improve operations. With access to these data insights, operators can take a knowledge-driven approach to decisions and actions that support optimization. This heightened visibility helps people contribute at a more strategic level and increases productivity and personnel engagement.

Remote access and process monitoring also drive efficiency. The remote operator can receive real-time data insights from the system and act on them faster and from any location at any time.

Reduce cybersecurity risk

Production facilities today must take precautions to help protect people, assets and intellectual property against ongoing cyberattacks. To build a resilient, safer and more secure operation, manufacturers can take advantage of a single platform strategy that provides real-time asset inventory, vulnerability management and risk remediation.

Visibility into assets on the network is critical to cybersecurity effectiveness. The capability to find and assess vulnerable assets and assign a risk factor to each helps prevent cyberattacks that can damage a facility. As safety and security are a part of any manufacturing operation, manufacturers must employ a strong set of cybersecurity offerings, such our  SecureOT™ solution suite.

Companies can apply countermeasures and implement the IEC 62443 standard to mitigate cyber threats on a single platform, and cybersecurity patches can be remotely uploaded to the system on a continuous basis.

Picture your unified architecture efficiency

A distributed control system, such as PlantPAx® from Rockwell Automation, can run on the same platform as power, VFDs and motor control centers. Batch and continuous process operations can also operate on a common platform.

These synergies and the ability to access simulation and digital technologies like Emulate3D™ reduces design, integration, engineering and training costs, which can lower the impact on the CapEx / OpEx budgets and improve your return on investment (ROI).

The financial advantages of a unified platform become apparent when comparing the costs of operating multiple systems. Organizations with separate platforms require multiple vendor support on-site, multiple service contracts and training management packages. In addition, reducing the number of projects required to implement and maintain these additional platforms results in lower risk and project costs, fewer servers at initial deployment and less maintenance support over time.

With a unified system, an overarching solutions and services agreement can cover these scopes of work. Organizations can estimate potential savings by multiplying the operational expenses of a single platform by the total number of platforms they currently use and comparing to the cost of a unified solutions and services agreement.

Marketing Technology News: What is a Full Stack Marketer; What MarTech Matters Most to Full Stack Marketers?

Digital transformation accelerates productivity and reduces risk

The concept of digital transformation is bringing production intelligence to manufacturers for measuring and improving nearly every aspect of their operations. It’s also providing instantaneous information sharing and seamless collaboration across all sites. Most manufacturers are committed to digitally transforming their operations to boost productivity using smart tools and technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, virtual reality and augmented reality.

Implementing a unified architecture can help achieve digital transformation initiatives such as resilience, sustainability and agility. A holistic approach and thorough upfront planning are essential to mitigate project risks and streamline time to value. Getting started is not easy, but to stay ahead of the competition, maintaining that forward momentum is the only option.

Consider partnering with an automation solutions company, like Rockwell Automation, that can provide end-to-end solutions and services, from digital consulting to design to front-end loading to commissioning and startup. Digital transformation relies on developing a comprehensive data strategy and architecture plan. The right partner will have unique access to industry expertise and cutting-edge services in data science and production logistics across the enterprise, like those provided by Kalypso, a Rockwell Automation company.

With access to these types of proven technology and services, the automation solutions partner will unite stakeholders, optimize project timelines and minimize risk. The convenience of a turnkey automation provider and trusted advisor with a vast partner ecosystem will speed time to market and support long-term ROI.

New National Survey Finds Americans Are Turning Against AI-Generated Video on Social Media

Most say AI videos break trust, pull them out of the story, and could drive them away from major social media platforms

A new national survey released today by Story Radius finds that most Americans are not excited about the rapid rise of AI-generated video across social media—and many say it is actively undermining trust, emotional engagement, and their desire to stay on major platforms.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Nicholas Kontopoulous, Vice President of Marketing, Asia Pacific & Japan @ Twilio

The study, based on a survey of 512 U.S. adults, reveals widespread skepticism toward AI-generated video content, even as technology and entertainment companies accelerate investments in generative AI tools.

According to the findings, more than eight in ten respondents say AI-generated videos pull them out of the story at least sometimes, including nearly half who say this happens very often or almost always. Almost half also report that they would use social media less—or stop using it altogether—if most videos in their feeds were AI-generated.

“These findings suggest we’re facing a trust gap, not just a technology gap,” said Brad Cooper, Founder and CEO of Story Radius. “AI video may be improving technically, but emotionally and experientially, most audiences are telling us it’s not there yet—and in many cases, it’s actively turning them off.”
The report finds that while a smaller group of AI video enthusiasts remains open to the technology, they are outnumbered by detractors by roughly two to one. Even among enthusiasts, however, many still report frequent breaks in immersion caused by unnatural facial expressions, inconsistent characters, or other uncanny elements.

Marketing Technology News: Disrupt or Be Disrupted: The AI Wake-Up Call for B2B Marketers

“What’s striking is that this isn’t just resistance from older audiences or technophobes,” Cooper said. “Skepticism cuts across generations, including Gen Z, and even many of the most accepting viewers say AI video still breaks their connection to the story.”

The survey also highlights potential implications for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X. Nearly half of respondents said an increase in AI-generated videos would reduce their platform usage, raising concerns about long-term engagement and retention if AI content continues to scale without stronger audience buy-in.

Respondents draw a clear distinction between AI as a tool and AI as a replacement for human creativity. While many express conditional openness to AI for video production planning, experimentation, and background and special effects uses, there is broad rejection of AI-generated acting, writing, and emotionally driven storytelling.

“For years, the assumption has been that audiences will simply adapt,” Cooper said. “This data suggests the opposite: people are adapting by disengaging—skipping videos, questioning authenticity, and in some cases reconsidering their relationship with platforms altogether.”

The full report, Americans’ Views on AI-Generated Video and Trust in Social Media, includes detailed findings, demographic analysis, and open-ended respondent commentary examining how AI-generated video is reshaping audience trust and behavior.

10to1PR Launches IVY Press Room, its Answer to GEO (SEO for AI)

10to1PR Launches IVY Press Room, its Answer to GEO (SEO for AI)

10to1 Public Relations (10to1PR), a public relations firm offering strategic communications services, has launched IVY Press Room, to transform client announcements, milestones, and thought leadership positioning into content designed to be discovered, cited, and shared by both journalists and generative AI systems.

IVY Press Room is a core part of 10to1PR’s proprietary IVY platform, implementing the company’s GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy. This digital PR strategy is designed to give its clients a boost and become the answer in AI searches.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Nicholas Kontopoulous, Vice President of Marketing, Asia Pacific & Japan @ Twilio

How IVY Press Room Works

“IVY Press Room looks like a traditional company press room where a company lists various press releases and facts for the media and the public to review, but it does much more than that,” said Josh Weiss, President and Founder of 10 to 1 Public Relations. “In addition to being AI-optimized behind the scenes, IVY Press Room turns company announcements into simplified question-and-answer formats designed for easy searching and citation by AI answer engines.”

The optimized questions and answers are designed for AI web scraping algorithms to find easily. They are also fed into other platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and X, to expand a company’s reach and improve brand visibility in AI across various platforms and conversational search queries.

Understanding GEO Technology and Metrics

GEO, also known as Answer Engine Optimization, functions as SEO for AI systems. Unlike traditional SEO that aims to rank on search engine results pages, GEO focuses on becoming the direct answer to AI queries through natural language processing (NLP).

When users ask questions through AI search, they receive immediate answers without clicking links or conducting further research.

Marketing Technology News: Disrupt or Be Disrupted: The AI Wake-Up Call for B2B Marketers

Everyone wants their company to be the answer, but AI platforms aren’t revealing how their systems choose sources, leaving businesses to make educated guesses. However, recent studies do offer insights. A 2025 Muck Rack report found that AI systems cite earned media (legitimate news stories written by reporters) in over 89% of their responses.

Company fact sheets and FAQs also serve as valuable AI content discovery sources. It’s this combination of earned news stories, AI-friendly formatting, and discoverable FAQs that influenced how 10to1PR designed IVY Press Room and updated its staff processes to maximize results for clients.
Client Benefits

“IVY Press Room gives our clients an advantage by providing more ways to get noticed,” Weiss explained. “In addition to our ongoing efforts to get our clients earned media coverage and position them as thought leaders, IVY Press Room repurposes taking the company details and announcements we’re already sharing with reporters into an AI-optimized question and answer format that’s easier for AI to find and use as part of their GEO answer engines.”

IVY Press Room is being offered to 10to1PR clients at no additional cost as part of their ongoing retainer-based engagement. 10to1PR first began its AI journey in 2023, making it an early adopter compared to many PR industry competitors. This led the company to launch its proprietary IVY platform in 2024.

Typecast Ushers in a New Era of Emotionally Intelligent AI Voice Creation

0
3CLogic Accelerates Enterprise ROI with New Outbound Voice AI Agents, Multimodal Voice AI Capabilities, and Automated AI Agent Evaluations

Neosapience

Groundbreaking update enables emotion-aware voice synthesis, multilingual performance, and transformative creative flexibility—all with just a few clicks

Neosapience, creator of Typecast, the platform that empowers expressive, human-quality voice and video creation with AI, announced the launch of its new voice model, SSFM v3.0, showcasing a major leap forward in voice AI technology designed to serve creators, storytellers, and enterprises. With this release, Typecast fundamentally transforms how synthetic voices express emotion and adapt to context.

The new release introduces automatic emotion recognition, capable of analyzing any script and assigning contextually appropriate emotions to each sentence while enabling cloned voices to perform in styles that go far beyond the original recording. With SSFM v3.0, AI-generated voices are no longer static or flat; they are dynamic and responsive to any story or tone.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Nicholas Kontopoulous, Vice President of Marketing, Asia Pacific & Japan @ Twilio

The latest model leapfrogs current AI voice technology, which typically requires manual emotion tagging or supports only a limited vocal and emotional range. By contrast, SSFM v3.0’s Context-based Automatic Emotion Expression technology can analyze any script—from sales presentations to book readings to breaking news. It automatically generates the appropriate emotional delivery for each sentence without human intervention, making the resulting output indistinguishable from a human voice.

“Our latest Typecast model redefines the boundaries of AI-driven voice,” said Taesu Kim, co-founder and CEO of Neosapience. “For the first time, with just a few minutes of human audio we can develop a voice with AI that expands on the original, delivering rich performances well beyond what was recorded. For example, we can create voices that are even more emotive than the speaker is capable of producing on their own. Our vision is to empower creators with new dimensions of expression, opening possibilities that surpass simple replication.”

Breakthrough Voice Technology

Unlike traditional voice cloning that can only reproduce recorded tones and delivery styles, SSFM v3.0’s Universal Voice Transformation technology can extrapolate from less than five minutes of user-recorded audio samples to create entirely new vocal performances in a wide range of vocal styles and emotions that the original speaker might not be able to achieve naturally on their own. The platform also delivers native-like fluency across six major languages: English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, and Vietnamese, with support for over 30 additional languages. This capability eliminates the accent and tone limitations that have plagued AI voice platforms to this point. By removing this barrier, SSFM v3.0 enables users to instantly scale their content to gain new audiences.

Marketing Technology News: Disrupt or Be Disrupted: The AI Wake-Up Call for B2B Marketers

SSFM v3.0 also gives creators unprecedented flexibility through dual emotion control tools through:

  • Emotion Design: For the first time, users can create reusable emotions through prompting. Once the prompt is established to define a particular emotion, the user can apply it elsewhere without additional training. This saves time and delivers the right tone over and over again. No one else in the industry has this capability.
  • Natural Language Prompting: In addition to Emotion Design, creators can fine-tune intensity with a custom prompt like “make it warmer” or “add more urgency.” This makes it simple to adjust delivery for every use.
  • Automatic Context Analysis: Typecast’s AI also analyzes scripts and assigns appropriate emotions to each sentence based on context, dramatically reducing production time from weeks to minutes.
  • Emotion Transfer: Users can also record their own emotional delivery to transfer those feelings to any AI voice.

Together, these tools eliminate the need for labor intensive manual adjustments and allows users to generate polished content with no technical expertise required.

Built for Performance

Powered by a foundation model trained on datasets 10x larger than its predecessor, SSFM v3.0 delivers significantly more realistic and expressive speech. The platform converts natural language emotion descriptions into embedding vectors that guide realistic vocal delivery, representing years of research into the relationship between text, tone, and expression.

“Typecast feels like holding real auditions for the characters in my head,” said Gabriel Knight, Film Director & Actor. “I can try different voices, adjust timing, and play with emotions until the story truly comes alive. It’s not just a voice tool—it feels like I’m casting, directing, and producing all at once.”

The platform supports diverse use cases across industries, including:

  • Digital Content Creation: Creators and streaming platforms use Typecast to scale content production without losing quality or emotion.
  • Enterprise Integration: Companies embed Typecast’s API into their products for conversational AI, virtual assistants, customer training and interactive experiences.
  • Brand Communication: Organizations create consistent, professional content for social media and public communications.
  • News and Media: Media outlets produce breaking news segments and maintain 24/7 social media presence.

The launch of SSFM v3.0 comes as Neosapience continues strong global growth. The company’s average monthly growth rate has exceeded 10% consecutively for the last three years. It now serves more than 2 million users globally.
