Introducing Embedded BigID: Build Smarter, Safer, Data-Aware AI Applications

New capabilities in the Elastic Distribution of OpenTelemetry streamline centralized configuration and management at scale

Elastic , the Search AI company, announced new capabilities in the Elastic Distribution of OpenTelemetry (EDOT) SDK that simplify how SDKs are centrally managed, updated and deployed at scale. Elastic also introduced new features to provide OpenTelemetry support for the PHP language.

Managing thousands of OpenTelemetry (OTel) SDKs across distributed systems can quickly become a bottleneck for developers and observability teams. With OTel adoption accelerating, many teams face the operational complexity of keeping SDKs consistent and up to date across sprawling services. Elastic solves this by enabling teams to configure, manage and update instrumentation using EDOT with OTel’s Open Agent Management Protocol (OpAmp) standard.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Julian Highley, EVP, Global Data Science & Product @ MarketCast

“OTel users have been waiting for an easy, reliable way to centrally manage their SDKs at scale,” said Baha Azarmi, general manager of Elastic Observability. “By extending OpAmp support through our EDOT SDK, we’re making open observability more accessible and dramatically reducing the operational friction that comes with scaling it.”

The EDOT SDK and collector enable organizations to standardize their approach to collecting traces, metrics and logs, simplifying telemetry pipelines and enabling faster insights.

Demonstrating its deep commitment to the open-source community, Elastic is also contributing key features to the OTel PHP SDK. This brings auto-instrumentation, along with native OS package support for PHP, one of the world’s most popular programming languages.

Marketing Technology News: Martech & the ‘Digital Unconscious’: Unearthing Hidden Consumer Motivations

Elastic Observability has delivered multiple innovations in 2025 aimed at solving core ingestion, distribution and management challenges. Earlier this year, Elastic laid the foundation with the general availability of the EDOT, a stable, production-tested OTel ecosystem backed by enterprise-grade support, to provide faster, more reliable infrastructure and application monitoring. Elastic followed with the release of a managed OTLP endpoint, which allows customers to send OTel data directly to Elastic at scale, eliminating the need to manage collectors. This was complemented by the EDOT Cloud Forwarder for simplified data collection from AWS and Azure, giving users an easier on-ramp to open observability in the cloud.

DIRECTV Advertising Launches DIRECTV Elect, An AI-Powered Digital Platform for CTV Political Advertising

0
DIRECTV Advertising Launches DIRECTV Elect, An AI-Powered Digital Platform for CTV Political Advertising

DIRECTV Advertising launched DIRECTV Elect, a next-generation digital platform powered by AI and designed specifically for political advertisers looking to reach connected TV (CTV) audiences.

DIRECTV was a pioneer in the linear addressable space with D2 Media Sales, and it is now bringing that expertise to streaming. DIRECTV Elect offers CTV at scale, with inventory across DIRECTV and national cable networks, reaching an audience of over 130M monthly active users nationwide. Political advertisers and advocacy groups will now have seamless access to a wide variety of programming including news, live sports, and entertainment through a platform built to deliver political messages in a trusted, impactful media environment available* – TV.

“AI is redefining how political campaigns discover and engage with voters, helping unlock deeper insights and more effective connections,” said Amy Leifer, Chief Advertising Sales Officer at DIRECTV Advertising. “When that intelligence is complemented by the reach and credibility of television, voters gain greater clarity and confidence in what they see,  while campaigns can achieve stronger results. DIRECTV Elect brings these strengths together — combining the trust of television, the precision and flexibility of digital, and the intelligence of DIRECTV Advantage, all fueled by AI.

Marketing Technology News: Martech Interview with Meena Ganesh, Senior Product Marketing Manager @ Box AI

DIRECTV Elect delivers AI-driven insights into voter sentiment and campaign issues powered by DIRECTV Advantage, the company’s data solutions suite, allowing political advertisers to turn those insights into actionable CTV media strategies. DIRECTV Elect uses AI to analyze millions of signals from Large Language Model (LLM) responses, news, social media, donation patterns and recent voting behaviors to help political campaigns know where to focus, what to say, and ultimately, who to reach. From national messaging to neighborhood insights with geo-targeting by zip, district, and state, DIRECTV Elect offers unprecedented access to the voters who matter most.

“Campaigns need to meet voters wherever they are, across linear, streaming, and digital environments,” said Drew Groner, SVP, Head of Sales and Marketing for DIRECTV Advertising. “Political ad buyers want to find new ways to reach undecided voters, voters in the battleground states and those in states with the highest projected spend. What is particularly interesting this year is that they’re looking to use live sports programming to break through to those audiences. DIRECTV Elect can now give campaigns access to premium live sports inventory on streaming at scale, along with the insights to help them deliver their message where and when it needs to be heard.”

Marketing Technology News: Feature-Rich to Functionally Effective: Adjusting your Martech Strategy

Political ad spending is set to reach $10.8 billion (up more than 20% from 2022), making this the most expensive midterm election cycle in history, according to AdImpact’s Political Projections Report 2025-2026. The vast majority of that spend – 83% – is expected to be driven by TV, including broadcast, cable, and CTV, with CTV growth taking center stage as the fastest growing media type at $2.5 billion.

There are several reasons behind that media budget allocation and the shift in ad dollars to CTV. Nielsen’s monthly report of The Gauge™, the media industry’s leading snapshot of total TV and streaming consumption, recently reported that streaming continued to dominate TV usage and owned 45.2% of total watch-time in September. DIRECTV Advertising also conducted a survey* in September of over 1000 U.S. adults about their views on political advertising, and three in five (61%) respondents said that they trust political ads on TV – a +56% advantage over social media. Political ads seen on TV are also viewed as being the most accurate and the most informative, with those surveyed saying that they pay more attention to political ads on TV than in any other medium. More than half of all respondents (52%) also said they find political ads seen within TV or streaming content to be most persuasive (compared to just 35% for sponsored social media posts), which is a key factor that can help move the needle for campaigns looking to influence undecided voters.

Memgraph to Offer a Unique Toolkit for Non-Graph Users to Jumpstart Their Journey to Full GraphRAG AI Capability

0
Memgraph to Offer a Unique Toolkit for Non-Graph Users to Jumpstart Their Journey to Full GraphRAG AI Capability

  • New AI Graph Toolkit makes it 10x easier to port SQL and unstructured data into a knowledge graph

  • Developers accelerate access to GraphRAG to meet business users’ demands for accurate ChatGPT-style queries against their organization’s own rich business context

  • Complemented by the MCP (Model Context Protocol) client, the combination makes advanced AI-driven knowledge retrieval easier and more accessible than ever for developers and enterprises new to graph technology

Memgraph, the leader in open-source in-memory graph databases purpose-built for dynamic, real-time enterprise applications, is announcing two new tools specifically architected to open up the power of Retrieval-Augmented Generation based on graph technology (GraphRAG), to the entire database market, so democratizing GraphRAG access.

Unstructured2Graph and SQL2Graph will deliver more than 10× faster application development for fully GraphRAG-enabled AI business applications

These include:

  • An immediately available AI Graph Toolkit—a set of open source libraries and utilities that automate the porting of both SQL and unstructured data into a knowledge graph in Memgraph, making it accessible to a chatbot running a GraphRAG pipeline.
  • Later this month—an MCP Client, within Memgraph Lab, that is fully compatible with the emerging standard for context engineering

Together, these products—Unstructured2Graph and SQL2Graph—will deliver more than 10x faster application development for fully GraphRAG-enabled AI business applications, based on results from multiple beta test sites.

Since its introduction by Microsoft in 2024 as a way to address the limitations of large language models, GraphRAG has emerged as a leading method for focusing LLM reasoning and delivering accurate, non-hallucinatory answers to natural language front-end or chatbot queries.

However, adoption beyond the graph community has been challenging, as many developers remain entrenched in the non-graph, SQL-based ecosystem. Compounding this, most of the world’s information is still in non-graph formats: relational databases made up over 62% of global DBMS revenue in 2023, while Gartner estimates 80–90% of new enterprise data is unstructured, locked in everything from text files to PDFs.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Julian Highley, EVP, Global Data Science & Product @ MarketCast

Until now, getting SQL and unstructured data into a graph format ready to be used by various search techniques and algorithms within a GraphRAG pipeline has been laborious, error-prone, and inexact. Essentially, for SQL data, this required mapping tables, identifying entities, and performing entity resolution to “graphify” the structures. For unstructured data, it involved chunking, cleaning, and creating vector embeddings, to reach the natural language/ChatGPT interfaces wanted.

With the Memgraph Toolkit and MCP client, engineering teams can bypass the intensive manual coding, programming, and data translation typically required to prepare multiple sources for GraphRAG algorithms. Engineers will still need to fine-tune the final output, but the tedious work of extracting and transforming data from SQL and unstructured formats is already taken care of.

Memgraph’s Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder, Marko Budiselić, says:

“ we’re announcing the introduction of two powerful new tools to help engineering teams get started on their GraphRAG journey—making it easier for your AI applications to deliver the answers you need with as little time wasted or hallucinations as possible.

“The AI Graph Toolkit does that by making it extremely easy for developers to transform SQL and unstructured data into knowledge graphs, and then produce GraphRAG-level data structures to superpower your AI chatbot capabilities.

“This makes achieving GraphRAG AI capability and advanced AI-driven knowledge super straightforward for SQL and non-graph experts. Even better, it means you can now run GraphRAG against the ideal back-end LLM input of relational data tables with numeric values and all the business context currently trapped in unstructured text, PDF, and document forms.

“Engineering teams will be able to much more easily unleash the power of graph and GraphRAG across multiple forms of business data, enabling chatbot natural language access and querying capabilities to the whole corporate back end.”

Marketing Technology News: Martech & the ‘Digital Unconscious’: Unearthing Hidden Consumer Motivations

The new Memgraph AI Toolkit is available for download through Github and can be used via Memgraph Cloud.

Finally, Memgraph has launched the JumpStart Programme—a fixed-scope path to a production-ready GraphRAG pipeline in weeks. The package pairs a Memgraph Enterprise license with 20+ hours of hands-on help and implementation, powered by the Memgraph AI Toolkit. Enterprises can expect hybrid search (vector + graph reasoning), sub-second latency, and explainable answers with full provenance. Learn more and sign up here

The Toolkit will be complemented by the MCP client, available later this month, designed to make it easy to connect Memgraph’s graph capabilities to multiple back-end data sources through other MCP Servers, while supporting adoption of an industry standard to accelerate developer AI productivity.

MiQ Releases Global Report Showing 27-Point Gap Between AI Usage and Readiness in Advertising

0
Xcelerate Launches "Xcelerate Analytics" to Deliver Visibility and Control for Restoration Companies

First edition of “The AI Confidence Curve” explores the mindset of the industry and best path forward

Artificial intelligence is quickly becoming a focal point of modern advertising, powering everything from media planning to creative optimization. A new global report from programmatic media partner MiQ shows that while 72% of marketers plan to apply AI in more ways over the next 12 months, only 45% feel confident in their ability to apply it successfully. In short, while adoption is rising fast, marketers are signaling an uneasiness in how best to put it to work.

The AI Confidence Curve report, surveying 3,169 marketers across 16 countries, sought to understand usage and readiness levels around different aspects of AI in advertising. Responses paint a picture of an industry in transition — eager to advance, yet still developing the skills and systems needed to have AI fulfill its potential.

“We discovered that most marketers are bunched together at the early stages of a confidence curve,” said Jordan Bitterman, Chief Marketing Officer at MiQ. “We’re at the start of a journey that will ultimately see us all move up the curve as we apply AI to more of our mission-critical work. Usage currently outpaces readiness by 27 percentage points, and we see that as pure opportunity. To close the gap, industry leaders must tap into tools and training.”

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Julian Highley, EVP, Global Data Science & Product @ MarketCast

CURRENT USES OF AI IN ADVERTISING
Marketers are already using AI for all kinds of tasks. They are currently most comfortable applying it to social media management (40%), marketing automation (39%), and customer engagement (38%), areas where GenAI tools like ChatGPT are most useful.

Of those marketers who say they are not confident, 40% report that their organization doesn’t understand AI or large language models (LLMs) well enough. This is due to a lack of training and understanding that pushes marketers away from powerful bespoke solutions and back toward more simplified, general AI tools and solutions.

There are many factors holding down marketers’ confidence in using AI tools. Thirty-eight percent cite a lack of training, 42% mention limitations placed on their ability to share data with their chosen tools, and 44% list their inability to track results against the right goals. Many marketers still rely on proxy metrics like clicks or web traffic, which fail to capture AI’s broader business impact. What’s more, nearly two in five senior marketing professionals (38%) admit they’re still building the education, measurement, and workflow systems needed to use AI confidently and consistently. That same number (38%) of both junior and senior marketers say they haven’t received proper training on the tools they already have.

Marketing Technology News: Martech & the ‘Digital Unconscious’: Unearthing Hidden Consumer Motivations

THE PATH FORWARD
Despite concerns, optimism remains high as adoption accelerates. To increase confidence and move along the curve, the report highlights a number of ways marketers can move forward with purpose:

  • Adopt partner-agnostic solutions. AI works best on complete, connected data. Use tools that integrate multiple platforms and sources to eliminate silos and deliver more accurate, representative insights.
  • Integrate AI into performance measurement. AI can’t optimize what it can’t measure. Tie AI systems directly to campaign KPIs and outcome data to evaluate results in real time and link adoption to tangible business impact.
  • Invest in AI literacy across teams. Confidence comes from competence. With 44% citing internal knowledge gaps, embed ongoing AI training — from interpreting outputs to applying insights — into everyday marketing practice.
  • Preserve human expertise. AI can analyze and automate, but humans must still interpret, refine, and decide. Keep experienced marketers in the loop to apply judgment, maintain accountability, and validate recommendations before they go live.

“Every marketer is trying to find the balance between learning and leading with AI,” Bitterman added. “The ones who advance fastest will treat confidence as a capability, something built every day through connection, curiosity, and collaboration.”

Local SEO Remains a Powerful Advantage in 2025 Despite Shifting Big-Tech Algorithms

0
Revved Digital, an AI SEO Agency, Publishes Definitive Guide to Ranking Factors for AI Search in 2026

As major tech platforms continue refining search algorithms through artificial intelligence and automation, one truth in digital marketing remains constant: local visibility still drives the highest-quality leads for small and regional businesses. Despite rapid changes in how search results are ranked, Local SEO remains the backbone of online discovery for companies aiming to reach nearby customers.

In 2025, large-scale algorithm updates by Google, Bing, and AI-driven search platforms have reshaped how information appears online. Yet, while global ranking strategies often fluctuate, locally optimized businesses maintain a steady digital footprint. The shift toward personalized search means results now adapt to individual user behavior, geographic patterns, and device-based context—further strengthening the importance of local optimization.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Miguel Lopes, CPO @ TrafficGuard

Understanding the Local Advantage

Local SEO focuses on enhancing visibility within a specific service area. It combines accurate business listings, optimized Google Business profiles, local backlinks, and geographically relevant content. These efforts allow companies to appear in “near me” searches—queries that now account for more than half of all mobile searches.

Experts point out that while national visibility may seem attractive, most small and mid-sized enterprises thrive through local engagement. Search algorithms increasingly reward authenticity and consistency over scale. Businesses maintaining accurate citations, frequent local updates, and verified reviews tend to outperform larger competitors that overlook neighborhood-level optimization.

Algorithm changes can feel unpredictable, but local SEO stands on a different foundation. ”

— Brett Thomas

The Algorithm Doesn’t Eliminate the Human Element

Even as artificial intelligence continues to automate ranking decisions, local optimization remains anchored in human behavior. Consumers trust proximity-based results, read reviews from their own communities, and rely on accurate maps and contact information. These elements are unaffected by broad algorithmic volatility because they represent real-world credibility.

Brett Thomas, owner of Rhino Web Studios in New Orleans, Louisiana, explains:

“Algorithm changes can feel unpredictable, but local SEO stands on a different foundation. It’s rooted in geography, reputation, and consistency. Search engines may evolve daily, but they will always favor trusted local entities because real people depend on them.”

Thomas adds that the evolving landscape actually benefits small business owners who remain active within their digital neighborhoods. Frequent updates to hours, service areas, and photos signal ongoing engagement to both search engines and consumers. “It’s not about chasing the algorithm anymore,” he says. “It’s about proving you’re still an active, reliable part of your community.”

Shifting Toward Entity-Based Search

Recent developments in search technology—particularly the adoption of AI “entity understanding”—have also influenced Local SEO. Instead of simply scanning for keywords, modern search engines now identify relationships between entities such as business names, locations, and customer interactions. A well-structured local web presence helps these systems verify credibility.

Local businesses with detailed online profiles, embedded schema markup, and consistent citations across directories gain an edge in this new semantic environment. By providing structured data, companies help search engines understand what they do, where they operate, and who they serve, minimizing confusion and improving placement accuracy.

Adapting Without Overhauling

In the current environment, adaptability is essential. Yet, businesses do not need to abandon existing strategies. The foundation of Local SEO—trust, precision, and relevance—remains the same. Companies maintaining healthy link networks, community-based mentions, and responsive website performance continue to perform well even as algorithms evolve.

The increasing integration of AI-driven search assistants, voice recognition, and local mapping also heightens the importance of accurate geolocation data. A missing phone number or inconsistent business category can instantly disqualify a listing from voice-based results. This technical precision reinforces the idea that Local SEO is less about marketing and more about operational discipline.

The Future of Local Discovery

Industry analysts predict that search platforms will continue blending AI interpretation with user-driven localization. The more technology evolves, the more the digital experience mimics real-world proximity and trust. For Louisiana-based companies and small businesses across the Gulf South, maintaining a refined local search presence ensures visibility among nearby customers seeking immediate solutions.

“Local SEO has survived every major algorithm update because it aligns with how people actually live,” Thomas concludes. “Communities search locally, spend locally, and support locally. That connection will always matter—no matter how advanced the technology becomes.”

Ecer.com Pioneers a New Global Trade Ecosystem, Reimagining B2B with AI and Mobile Technology

Ecer.com Pioneers a New Global Trade Ecosystem, Reimagining B2B with AI and Mobile Technology

As the digital transformation of global trade accelerates, “Digital Exporting” has become an imperative path for Chinese SMEs. Facing an increasingly complex international market, businesses urgently need smarter, more efficient digital tools and platforms to support their globalization efforts. Ecer.com, a leading global mobile B2B platform, is leveraging its technological strength and strategic ecosystem to upgrade its role from a traditional trade information intermediary to a comprehensive, full-link enablement partner for SMEs venturing overseas.

Building a New Digital Ecosystem to Break Traditional Trade Barriers
Historically, the foreign trade sector has been plagued by information asymmetry and high communication costs, often resulting in inefficient connections between suppliers and buyers. Over its sixteen years of development, Ecer.com has steadily built a digital trade network covering 2.6 million suppliers and extending to over 150 countries and regions.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Miguel Lopes, CPO @ TrafficGuard

This network has not only achieved critical mass but has also technologically restructured the trade process:

Suppliers can establish an “always-on international exhibition booth” on the platform, effectively showcasing their product capabilities.

Buyers can utilize the platform’s capabilities to quickly pinpoint high-quality supply chain resources, significantly enhancing procurement accuracy.

Mobile and Intelligent Technologies as Dual Drivers
In an era where mobile internet is a fundamental infrastructure, Ecer.com was an early adopter of the mobile platform. It has migrated traditional offline activities—such as factory inspections, negotiations, and exhibitions—to mobile scenarios. This move has drastically improved the flexibility and efficiency of business collaboration while noticeably reducing overall business costs.

Simultaneously, the platform has actively developed Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to upgrade its service model:

An intelligent business matching system, built on deep data analysis, facilitates highly efficient matchmaking between supply and demand.

A multilingual customer service system breaks down cultural and language barriers, offering 24/7 uninterrupted communication support.

From Transaction Facilitation to Growth Partnership
With the continuous refinement of its service system, Ecer.com has surpassed the traditional service boundaries of B2B platforms. It has built an enablement framework that covers the entire process, from Sourcing and Communication to Inspection and Delivery. This transformation signifies the platform’s evolution from a simple transaction matchmaker to a growth partner, providing sustained value to SMEs throughout their globalization journey.

Outlook: Technology-Led New Era of Trade
Ecer.com’s trajectory—from an information bridge to an intelligent engine—is closely aligned with the changing needs of Chinese SMEs in their international expansion. As the wave of digitalization sweeps across the globe, the platform’s core value is no longer limited to providing information. Instead, it lies in its ability to become a trusted digital navigation system through technological innovation and ecosystem development, charting a new course for SMEs into the global market.

Infobip Predicts Record 3.9 Billion Brand Messages This Shopping Season as RCS Surges 269%

RCS set to be the fastest growing communications channel this Black Friday and Cyber Monday

Global communications platform Infobip forecasts over 3.9 billion messages exchanged between brands and customers this shopping season, marking a 15% increase year on year. This reflects how AI, mobile commerce, and rich messaging channels are powering more personalized shopping experiences.

Rich Communication Services (RCS) will be the fastest-growing channel in 2025, with volumes rising 161% on Black Friday and 269% on Cyber Monday worldwide. SMS remains the leading retail channel with nearly 2.7 billion interactions.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Julian Highley, EVP, Global Data Science & Product @ MarketCast

In the US, more than 1.9 billion SMS messages are expected, while RCS volumes surge to over 57 million, a dramatic increase from 2024. WhatsApp engagement is up 44%, and email volumes rise more than 50% on Cyber Monday. US consumers surveyed by Infobip plan to spend mainly between $250 and $1,000 on Black Friday.

Across Europe, RCS volumes are expected to grow more than sixfold on Black Friday and fivefold on Cyber Monday, with WhatsApp nearly tripling. Email usage surges over 50%, supported by a 37% increase in SMS on Black Friday. UK consumers mostly plan Black Friday spending under £250, with many willing to spend up to £1,000, indicating strong retail engagement and combined sales reaching several billion pounds. Similarly, consumers in Italy, Spain, and Germany generally plan moderate spending between €250 and €500, reinforcing a healthy but cautious retail outlook.

Marketing Technology News: Martech & the ‘Digital Unconscious’: Unearthing Hidden Consumer Motivations

Email remains the dominant channel for promotions and confirmations in Europe, with Southern markets favoring SMS, and Northern markets showing growing openness to richer chat formats.

“Black Friday and Cyber Monday have evolved from single-day events into month-long conversations,” said Ben Lewis, Vice President of Marketing & Growth at Infobip. “With Apple adopting RCS and brands focusing on hyper-personalized experiences, AI-powered conversational commerce is transforming retailer-consumer engagement.”

Infobip’s 2025 forecast underscores the growing impact of omni-channel communication in driving meaningful commerce.

SymphonyAI and AML Intelligence Launch FinCrime Frontier 2025–26 Report: Proactive Intelligence Becomes Compliance’s Next Competitive Edge

0
HappyFox Launches Autopilot: Agentic AI Platform with Pre-Built Agents for Customer Support Teams

Survey of 250+ global compliance leaders reveals nearly 80% plan to innovate with AI-powered proactive intelligence, but cost and data hurdles stand in the way

SymphonyAI, a global leader in vertical AI product platforms, and AML Intelligence, the leading source of news and insight for the financial crime compliance community, released the FinCrime Frontier 2025–26 Report. The landmark study defies conventional industry narratives: rather than seeing evolving compliance expectations as a burden, a majority of financial institutions now cite them as the primary opportunity and catalyst for modernization.

A sector ready for transformation – if it can break through real dependencies

Insights from over 250 compliance, risk, and financial crime leaders show a pivotal mindset shift. Instead of bracing for disruption, 58% of institutions say fast-changing environment is the push they need to invest in proactive intelligence and smarter, data-driven operations. Ambition is high: nearly 80% plan to implement AI-driven compliance solutions within 18 months, and most expect measurable ROI in core areas like transaction monitoring and customer due diligence within two years.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Julian Highley, EVP, Global Data Science & Product @ MarketCast

Yet, the report also uncovers the hard limits threatening to slow this transformation:

  • Only 11% of respondents are “very confident” in their data quality, with over half admitting to significant fragmentation or gaps – making the move to intelligence-led compliance a steeper hill to climb.
  • 46% of compliance leaders cite cost and data quality as the top barriers to scaling automation and AI – outstripping fears of cultural resistance or skills shortages.
  • Automation is advancing, but not fast enough: over 70% of organizations say less than half of their AML activities are automated, with many still bogged down by manual reviews and high false positive rates.
  • Responsible AI governance and performance measurement lag ambition: only 17% of institutions have fully operational AI governance frameworks in place, and nearly three-quarters have never calculated ROI on their technology investments.

Together, these findings show a sector ready to move from isolated AI projects to connected, end-to-end compliance systems—where data, automation, and human expertise work in concert to create true proactive intelligence.

Marketing Technology News: Martech & the ‘Digital Unconscious’: Unearthing Hidden Consumer Motivations

Jason Shane, Head of Product Strategy and Innovation at SymphonyAI, said: “Institutions are no longer waiting for the next shoe to drop – they’re seeing changing compliance expectations as their opening to build intelligence and resilience into the heart of their operations. Our research shows that success now depends on unifying data, automating the entire compliance lifecycle, and embedding explainable AI into day-to-day decision-making. The front-runners will be those that make proactive intelligence real by moving toward end-to-end compliance systems that connect data, automation, and human expertise in one continuous flow.”

Stephen Rae, Co-Founder and Chair of AML Intelligence, commented: “At AML Intelligence, we’re proud to partner with SymphonyAI to deliver data-driven insights that can support regulators, financial institutions, and compliance leaders across the globe. This report not only surfaces the challenges facing our industry – it highlights where real progress is being made. It is clear that intelligent technologies, used responsibly, will define the next era of financial crime prevention.”

The FinCrime Frontier 2025-26 Report underscores why proactive intelligence is fast becoming the organizing principle for next-generation compliance—one built on connected data, continuous automation, and human-AI partnership across banking, insurance, and financial services.

SearchStax Introduces Multi-Site Search Management to Unify Governance and Empower Marketing Agility

Enables Marketing Teams to Unlock Performance With First-Party Insights That Drive Consistent, Compliant and AI-Powered Search Experiences Across Brands, Regions and Web Properties

SearchStax, Inc., the AI-powered Search Experience Company, announced new multi-site management capabilities for its Site Search solution, advancing how organizations govern, optimize and measure search experiences across large digital ecosystems.

Multi-site search management brings efficiency, structure and visibility to a high-value touch point in the digital journey that can often be overlooked as a marketing lever.

The update transforms site search from a background utility into a governed, insight-rich marketing channel that drives engagement across hundreds of websites in a brand’s ecosystem. With unified governance, compliance controls, and contextual relevance, SearchStax enables distributed and regulated enterprises to deliver AI experiences and manage search at scale — securely and intelligently.

Addressing the Complexity of Large Digital Ecosystems

Enterprise organizations often manage hundreds of websites, each with distinct content, compliance requirements, and brand strategies. Historically, site search has been treated as an operational necessity rather than a marketing lever.

SearchStax changes that, turning the search bar into a governed, insight-driven experience layer that reveals what audiences are truly seeking across every digital property.

Multi-site search management provides centralized oversight across multi-brand, multi-region and multi-division environments, while preserving local flexibility. The result: consistent, trustworthy and high-performing search experiences across the entire digital ecosystem.

“By combining centralized governance with AI-powered search, SearchStax is transforming how organizations deliver search,” said Leslie Persaud, VP of product, Acquia. “Our shared customers can now better manage search experiences at scale — across brands, regions and languages — while empowering marketers to act on real-time audience signals to continuously improve engagement and marketing performance.”

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Julian Highley, EVP, Global Data Science & Product @ MarketCast

Empowering Digital, Marketing and IT Teams

With this enhancement, digital, marketing and IT teams gain a single point of control for governance, contextual tuning, and analytics, making it easier to update and measure search performance across every site in multiple divisions, brands, geographies and campaign-based microsites.

Multi-site search management extends the power of SearchStax, the AI-powered search experience platform for marketers, to enable teams to:

  • Streamline governance – Respect distinct user access to data for geographies and brands to meet compliance needs.
  • Deliver contextual relevance – Tune search results by region, brand or audience while maintaining consistent experiences.
  • Gain actionable insights – Access aggregate analytics and site-specific performance dashboards.
  • Operate efficiently – Update individual or multiple search experiences simultaneously by adding promotions, adjusting ranking, and enabling AI features such as Smart Answers as needed.

“Our customers are managing expansive digital ecosystems, and they need their search to match that scale,” said Sameer Maggon, CEO and founder of SearchStax. “Multi-site search management brings efficiency, structure and visibility to a high-value touch point in the digital journey that can often be overlooked as a marketing lever.”

Marketing Technology News: Martech & the ‘Digital Unconscious’: Unearthing Hidden Consumer Motivations

Meeting Higher Expectations in Regulated and Information-Rich Industries

In sectors such as healthcare, financial services, higher education, and government, information-based search experiences are critical. Visitors expect fast, trustworthy and contextually relevant results. Whether they’re searching to “find a doctor,” “find a location,” across the entire website, or within just the “blog,” it is important each search experience performs independently as well as holistically.

“SearchStax’s new multi-site search management capabilities enable our teams to collaborate efficiently while maintaining organization governance,” said Panara Dhavalkumar, Drupal architect at the International Organization for Migration, a United Nations (UN) related organization. “We’re pleased to have greater control and flexibility in how we deliver and scale search across multiple sites without compromising on compliance.”

The new SearchStax capabilities help digital teams deliver AI innovations and enhance marketing agility with first-party insights that surface search trends and enable optimizations through intuitive, marketer-friendly tools — without relying on developers.
