Conversational AI Pioneer Announces Executive Promotions Due to Continued Growth

Drips is pleased to announce the recent promotion of two of its top-level executives.

Marketing Technology News: Drips Names Elise Andersen Vice President of Marketing

“We’ve seen tremendous demand for conversational outreach from some of the most recognized enterprises in the world. The impact of a more humanized experience coupled with the scale of AI has been a game changer. We’re excited to continue our rapid expansion while enhancing our offering to the market”

In the past 12 months, Drips made tremendous strides in capturing market opportunities in key verticals such as healthcare, insurance, and financial services. The Drips team grew from 90 to 160 employees and its AI-powered conversational outreach platform held over 155 million unique conversations with nearly 99% autonomy and automation.

Tom Martindale, one of the Founding Partners who previously served as the Chief Strategy Officer, has been appointed as the President, while Noah Sniderman, who previously served as the Executive Vice President of Sales, is now the Chief Revenue Officer. Both promotions are a direct result of their business acumen and leadership, expanded responsibilities, as well as the continued progression of Drips’ client base.

Martindale, a successful entrepreneur with a long history of growing businesses, has played an instrumental role in Drips’ strategic growth since it was founded in 2016. He successfully spearheaded securing significant growth investments in 2021 from Accel-KKR, the Blue Venture Fund, and a credit facility with Wells Fargo Capital Finance’s Technology Finance group to propel Drips into its next phase of growth. In his new role as Founding Partner and President, Martindale will continue to oversee the company’s growth while aligning Drips to a common goal of market definition and domination.

“As pioneers of Conversational AI, we’ve made it a priority to lead industry best practices and compliance. This has been a core differentiator for us. Drips’ ability to hold millions of humanized conversations asynchronously empowers enterprises to provide a next-level consumer experience through the power of AI, backed by the most dedicated team in the industry,” said Martindale.

Sniderman, who brings a substantial track record of enterprise artificial intelligence selling experience with a core focus on penetrating new markets, joined Drips in 2020. Through his leadership as Executive Vice President of Sales, he developed a high-performance sales team which ultimately validated Drips’ unique footprint in the market. This led to 50% ARR growth in just the last year. In his current role as Chief Revenue Officer, Sniderman leads the company’s execution strategy for revenue as Drips continues to rapidly expand into new markets and thrive in existing ones.
