SetSchedule Debuts New App Functionalities Including Comprehensive Dashboard and Qualified Leads On Demand

New Features Enable Real Estate Pros to Monitor Portfolios and Lead Activity in a Single, Easy-to-Use Interface

SetSchedule, an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven real estate technology company, has rolled out exciting new features to its industry-leading agent application. SetSchedule offers real estate professionals unparalleled insight, derived from advanced data analytics and machine learning, to help them deliver top quality service and build their businesses.

SetSchedule’s Referral Radar is a map-based app feature that enables agents to focus on specific neighborhoods or geographic areas to monitor the markets, search for pre-qualified leads and accept only the ones they feel are a good match for their experience. With the update, agents can now pass on leads they do not want to pursue, and have the lead removed from their personal referral radar.

The Referral Radar now also includes verified leads, which have been analyzed and vetted by the SetSchedule team, and are available on demand through the application.

SetSchedule has also added a new dashboard function that enables a comprehensive view of the agent’s schedule by day, a portfolio of leads and their qualification, active and pending deals, as well as closed deals by dollar amount. The dashboard helps agents monitor the status of every engagement and stay on top of next steps and follow ups, providing access to contact information with a single click. Agents may also monitor their Referral Radar from the dashboard, determining which leads in the area have highest potential commissions, and which leads are newest and nearest. Pro and Premium users may purchase bundles of leads directly from the app as well.
