I’m excited about the direction of the company, and look forward to leading us into a new era.”

Hearn has a strong entrepreneurial track record, founding and growing digital business services firm, Crown Partners, through its acquisition by Razorfish in 2014. He took over as the president and global commerce lead at SapientRazorfish for two years, where he drove customer experience transformation both on and offline. Most recently, Hearn served as general manager of IBM Watson Customer Engagement, where he was responsible for global revenue, product strategy and execution.
