IBM and SapientRazorfish veteran with a strong track record of accelerating company growth and driving innovation will lead strategic direction for FPX
FPX, a global leader in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solutions for manufacturers, has hired Richard Hearn as CEO.
Hearn will bring more than two decades of experience leading Fortune 500 enterprise technology and software companies to support the future growth of FPX. He will be responsible for defining the future direction for FPX, overseeing the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategy and rallying employees around a common inspired vision.
“There’s a huge opportunity in B2B commerce for companies to do a much better job of building their digital presence and driving growth,” said Hearn. “CPQ technology is an incredibly relevant and important piece of the B2B commerce ecosystem, and solves real business problems for companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 500. I’m excited about the direction of the company, and look forward to leading us into a new era.”
Hearn has a strong entrepreneurial track record, founding and growing digital business services firm, Crown Partners, through its acquisition by Razorfish in 2014. He took over as the president and global commerce lead at SapientRazorfish for two years, where he drove customer experience transformation both on and offline. Most recently, Hearn served as general manager of IBM Watson Customer Engagement, where he was responsible for global revenue, product strategy and execution.
