NP Dodge, the longest running, family-owned real estate company in the United States has adopted the Adwerx Enterprise Automated Listing Advertising Program. Adwerx, the leader in digital advertising for real estate and other verticals, developed the Enterprise platform to generate and deploy property advertisements automatically.
Adwerx Enterprise uses listing data from the NP Dodge feed of properties to instantly create attractive ads that contain a listing photo, essential property details, agent contact information, and NP Dodge branding. These advertisements are then delivered to potential home buyers throughout the Omaha metro area through popular websites, mobile apps, and social media, such as Facebook and Instagram. Ads display during the first week of the listing in order to maximize the value of the property launch.
