Nexstar Media Group Completes Tribune Media Acquisition Creating the Nation’s Largest Local Television Broadcaster

Nexstar Media Group, Inc. announced that it completed its previously announced acquisition of Tribune Media Company in an accretive transaction valued at approximately $7.2 billion including the assumption of Tribune Media’s outstanding debt.
