BetterCloud Appoints Jim Brennan as Chief Product Officer

Former VP of Product Management at IBM Security Joins Executive Leadership Team to Drive the Company’s Product Development and Innovation Efforts

BetterCloud, the leading SaaS Operations Management platform, announced it has expanded its executive team with the appointment of Jim Brennan as Chief Product Officer. In his new position, Brennan will lead the company’s product management, product operations and design teams. In addition, as a member of the executive leadership team, Brennan will ensure the development of the BetterCloud platform is aligned with the company’s strategic direction, especially its diverse go-to-market strategy and focus on bringing SaaS Operations Management to enterprises worldwide.

Brennan brings more than 20 years of experience in the development, management, and marketing of technology solutions, including 18 years in the information security industry. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Product Management at IBM where he was responsible for all aspects of product strategy, roadmap and execution across the company’s Security Operations & Response portfolio. In this role, he led a global team of product managers, and several cross-functional teams involving engineering, marketing, sales and support. He also held several Director-level positions at the company. Prior to joining IBM, Brennan was Director of Product Management at Dell SecureWorks where he led a team of product managers across the device management, monitoring and log management services offerings.
