John S. Couch joins BuzzCast from Hulu, where he served as Vice President, Product Design and User Experience for over five years. John led the successful 2017 redesign of the Hulu Experience across mobile, living room and web, as well as the 2020 UX update. He has also held leadership roles at The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), CBS and eBay and continues to lead innovation and the design of the future of next generation storytelling in emerging platforms and formats.

“Virtual events are only just beginning to step into their potential,” said John S. Couch, chief design officer for BuzzCast. “Even the latest wave of virtual event platforms that emerged during the pandemic are rudimentary and rigid in their design. As we emerge from the pandemic, both B2B and B2C virtual events are on the verge of a renaissance that will integrate new transformative technologies like blockchain with premium, curated experiences to elevate the medium to previously unforeseen heights.”
