Leading white-label UCaaS provider RingLogix received a $3M series A investment from MK Capital to strengthen its position as one of the fastest-growing software companies enabling managed service providers (MSPs) to brand and resell unified communications as a service. The global UCaaS market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 23.6% from 2021 to 2028 and reach USD $210 billion by 2028 according to Grand View Research, Inc.

Proceeds from this investment will enable the company to accelerate product innovation and the growth of its single-pane-of-glass management console, further empowering MSPs to easily deploy quality VoIP and UCaaS solutions to their customers, while also offering the potential to dramatically increase their margins. As customers of RingLogix, MSPs can effectively own the UCaaS customer relationship, while simultaneously increasing the profitability and value of their businesses.
