As CPO, Holt will oversee plans to transform the ZenBusiness platform from a series of discrete products to the world’s first single, integrated, comprehensive service for launching and running your business, covering all aspects of legal, financial, compliance, formation and customer acquisition and management all from a single App. He also intends to evolve their formations service to become a ‘launch your business’ service which is focused on partnering with their new business customers and guiding them step-by-step right through until they achieve their first dollar of revenue.

An established leader in digital strategy, product and design, Holt has over 15 years experience leading product teams and companies ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar valued global tech brands. Prior to joining ZenBusiness, Holt was the chief executive officer for Remagine Digital, where he helped start-ups and large Silicon Valley enterprises create innovative customer experiences that translated into high growth and financial success. Before Remagine Digital, he served as chief executive officer for Pulse Global Services (Pulse), a subsidiary of LegalZoom that provides legal, financial and regulatory services to businesses across the US and UK. At this time, Holt also served as the global chief product officer for LegalZoom, where he led the complete transformation of the user experience across the company’s range of products.
