Zappi, the ad and innovation testing platform built by brands for brands, today announced Marcy Shinder has joined its board of directors.

With over 25 years of marketing experience, Shinder held the role of chief marketing officer (CMO) of Nielsen for five years. She also served as chief growth marketing officer and global head of partnerships at WeWork and chief marketing and communications officer at WorkMarket (acquired in 2018 by NASDAQ: ADP), and previously served as a long-tenured executive at American Express.

Shinder is a founding member of Brilliant Friends Investing (a unique network dedicated to providing capital and advice to women-led businesses) and is a guest lecturer at Princeton’s Keller Center for Entrepreneurship. Marcy lives in the greater NYC area with her family.
