Launch360 accelerators integrate with other Salesforce products to help companies achieve 360-degree views of their customers and one-to-one customer journeys, at scale. The solutions are feature-rich and integration-ready. For instance, with Launch360: Storefront, the Astound accelerator built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s Storefront Reference Architecture, commonly requested functionality can be enabled with clicks not code, including:

  • Buy Online, Pick Up in Store (BOPIS)
  • Social logins including Facebook and Google
  • Page Designer Extended (PDX), our enhanced Page Designer-based solution
  • Progressive Web App (PWA) features including lightweight offline mode, caching, and mobile push notifications
  • Back-in-stock notifications, and more.

“The aim of Launch360 is to spark connections with customers across clouds, channels, and continents,” said Michael Kahn, Global CEO, Astound Commerce. “Modern commerce requires constant evolution, and modern consumers shop on their own terms—any time, anywhere, on any device. So, to deliver enhanced customer journeys, you need fast, scalable solutions that integrate data, products, and services across ever-shifting channels, apps, and touchpoints. Launch360 offers brands just that,” he continued.
