Vamp Boosts Its Presence in Asia

Two New Hires Launch the Influencer Marketing Platform in Thailand and Indonesia

Leading influencer marketing platform, Vamp, is continuing its 2019 expansion into Asia with two new hires: Keith Baird and Benedictus Okario.

Keith was most recently Director of Marketing Operations at North Star Digital Thailand, and was previously Khongsittha Muay Thai’s Senior Marketing Manager.He will based in Bangkok, leading Vamp into the Thai market.

Benedictus joins Vamp from KapanLagi Youniverse where he was the Vice President of Sales, and will become the platform’s first hire for Indonesia.

Vamp’s Group Director Steve Wright commented: “Keith and Benedictus join the Vamp family at an exciting time as we rapidly expand around the world. Asia has been a strong market for us. We have already worked with clients like HäagenDazs and Sunglasses Hut in Thailand and the Singapore Tourism Board in Indonesia, so placing managers in those locations is a logical next step to push this presence further.

“Having local talent on the ground, with their high level of expertise, will allow us to better support the brands that operate in these territories, as well as deepen our understanding of the intricacies within these markets.”

These appointments add to Vamp’s global presence in Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, London and New York. The platform has experienced significant growth this year, taking on 49 new hires globally and were named the forth fastest
growing tech company in Australia.
