Evergage Appoints Laura Saati as VP of Customer Success for Evergage’s Retail Practice

Saati Brings Two Decades of Industry Experience – Driving Business Growth and Executing Retail-Focused Strategies – as Evergage Extends its Personalization and CDP Market Leadership

Evergage, The 1-to-1 Platform company, announced the appointment of Laura Saati as vice president of customer success (CS) for Evergage’s retail practice. With more than two decades of experience as a business leader and marketing strategist, Saati will lead program planning and execution across Evergage’s retail vertical, and oversee Evergage’s retail-focused CS staff – ensuring Evergage clients derive maximum benefits from their personalization and customer data platform (CDP) investments.

“We are continually focused on maximizing solution value for our customers,” said Jonathan Ranger, chief customer officer, Evergage. “We accomplish this with a scalable, world-class platform, and with people and management who have the industry experience, empathy and foresight to deliver business results. We are thrilled to bring Laura on board to help Evergage continue to expand its market leadership and high-quality service delivery within the retail vertical.”

Named “Best E-Commerce Solution” in the SIIA CODiE Awards for two years straight, Evergage works with companies including Carhartt, Lenovo, Publishers Clearing House, Walmart Mexico, Zumiez and many more – delivering individualized experiences to billions of people worldwide. In addition to serving the retail vertical, Evergage powers 1-to-1 customer engagement for companies in the financial services, technology, travel, media and gaming industries, and more. Evergage’s personalization and CDP technologies enable companies to aggregate, synthesize and act on their data, and deliver relevant, personalized customer experiences across websites, web and mobile apps, email, onsite search, call centers, in-store and in-branch interactions, and more.

“It’s hugely exciting to join Evergage during such a transformative period for the retail industry,” Saati said. “For retailers, the desire to create highly personalized, 1-to-1 experiences for their customers is certainly nothing new. However, what was once, historically, an aspiration is now a mandate for retailers – given customers’ expectations, as well as the increasing ease of transforming data into actionable insights. I look forward to helping Evergage extend its market leadership, and build on its incredible success and opportunities in the CDP space – enabling retailers to synthesize and activate their data assets to deliver real value both to their customers and, in turn, back to their organizations.”

Formerly senior vice president for client services at Zeta Global, Saati oversaw account management, strategy, analytics and creative functions at the data-driven marketing technology company. She also previously served as vice president for strategic marketing services at digital marketing agency 89 Degrees (now Iris Concise), vice president of the retail practice at e-Dialog and vice president of account services at Harte Hanks.
