Multi-year agreement between ServiceNow and OpenAI will enable direct customer access to frontier model capabilities, custom ServiceNow AI solutions, and increased speed and scale with no bespoke development required

OpenAI models will support direct speech-to-speech and native voice technology to break through language barriers and offer more natural interactions

Under the agreement, OpenAI models will be a preferred intelligence capability offered to ServiceNow enterprise customers

ServiceNow , the AI control tower for business reinvention, and OpenAI announced an enhanced strategic collaboration to power agentic AI experiences and accelerate enterprise AI outcomes. The agreement unlocks a deep collaboration between OpenAI technical advisors and ServiceNow engineers that will be equipped with its frontier models, which will give customers direct access to frontier capabilities, custom ServiceNow AI solutions built and aligned to their unique roadmaps, and increased speed and scale with no bespoke development required. ServiceNow will build direct speech-to-speech technology using OpenAI models to break through language barriers and offer more natural interactions. With the latest OpenAI models including GPT-5.2, ServiceNow will unlock a new class of AI-powered automation for the world’s largest companies.

“ServiceNow leads the market in AI-powered workflows, setting the enterprise standard for real-world AI outcomes,” said Amit Zavery, president, chief operating officer, and chief product officer at ServiceNow. “With OpenAI, ServiceNow is building the future of AI experiences: deploying AI that takes end-to-end action in complex enterprise environments. As companies shift from experimenting with AI to deploying it at scale, they need the power of multiple AI leaders working together to deliver faster, better outcomes. Bringing together our respective technologies will drive faster value for customers and more intuitive ways of working with AI.”

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Michael McNeal, VP of Product at SALESmanago

“ServiceNow is helping enterprises bring agentic AI into workflows that are secure, scalable, and designed to deliver measurable outcomes,” said Brad Lightcap, chief operating officer at OpenAI. “With OpenAI frontier models and multimodal capabilities in ServiceNow, enterprises across every industry will benefit from intelligence that handles work end to end in even the most complex environments.”

Co-innovation that drives faster, easier customer adoption

As AI model releases accelerate, large enterprises need help keeping their workflows aligned with the latest innovations. Bringing OpenAI models into the ServiceNow AI Platform complements a customer’s ServiceNow configuration management database (CMDB) while also offering native, embedded access to intelligence to further inform actions that will be taken within workflows. ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower then provides the governance and orchestration layer, giving organizations centralized visibility into how models are applied across workflows, how they interact with enterprise data and systems, and how AI-driven actions are executed at scale in a controlled, auditable way. For example:

  • Real-time speech-to-speech voice agents: With OpenAI, ServiceNow is working toward real-time speech-to-speech AI agents that can listen, reason, and respond naturally without text intermediation. For example, a user can speak in their preferred language and receive an instant response from an AI agent that opens a case, triggers an approval, and orchestrates next steps without translation delay — reducing latency, preserving meaning, and eliminating unnecessary handoffs.
  • Super charging automation: Computer-use models from OpenAI unlock a new class of IT automation for ServiceNow customers by enabling interactions with systems. By turning unstructured documents into actionable data, this capability extends secure, context-aware automation across more environments — enabling autonomous orchestration of workplace tools like email and chat, automation of legacy systems including mainframes, and greater efficiency across complex IT landscapes.

Delivering AI impact on a foundation of proven success

This agreement builds on the long-standing efforts of ServiceNow to offer customers the choice of accessing OpenAI models for:

  • AI assistance that lets employees ask questions in natural language and get clear, actionable answers through speech-to-text capabilities.
  • AI-powered summarization and content generation for incidents, cases, knowledge articles, and service interactions — helping teams resolve issues faster with less manual effort.
  • Developer and admin tools that turn intent into workflows, logic, and automation, dramatically speeding how business processes are built and updated.
  • Intelligent search and discovery that pulls the right information from across enterprise systems exactly when it’s needed.

ServiceNow powers more than 80 billion workflows every year. Together with OpenAI, the company is bringing customers innovative new capabilities that enable even more advanced automation and workflows across industries and across use cases.

BMC Advances Business-Driven Automation and Mainframe Transformation with AI-Powered Innovations

BMC, a global leader in software solutions enabling business faster than humanly possible, announced AI innovations updates across its Control-M and BMC AMI portfolios to simplify workflow creation, automate issue resolution, act on expert mainframe knowledge, and more.

New AI capabilities and innovations include:

AI Workflow Creator – Gen AI copilot for guided workflow design
BMC continues to close the gap between IT and business users, empowering those with business knowledge to build and manage sophisticated workflows using natural language via generative AI.

By shifting automation ownership from IT to business practitioners, organizations can capture domain expertise that is often poorly documented or lost in translation. Business users simply need to express intent, and AI Workflow Creator does the heavy lifting and crafts a workflow to match. This AI-powered workflow orchestration means faster workflow creation onboarding for new users and accelerated productivity for experts—unlocking unprecedented efficiency and operational agility.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Haley Trost, Group Product Marketing Manager @ Braze

Expanded AI Integrations
The Control-M solution includes an extensive library of out-of-the-box integrations, which span enterprise applications, databases, cloud services, RPA platforms, and collaboration tools – with additional integrations being added monthly. Recent additions include AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and Crew AI, empowering practitioners to orchestrate multiple AI agents for complex, AI-centric workflows. By orchestrating AI agents with Control-M, teams can accelerate innovation and seamlessly scale their AI initiatives.

Event-Driven Workflows – Real-Time Responsiveness for Smart Operations
As data volumes grow and systems become more event-driven, the ability to turn events into immediate, automated action has become a business imperative.

The Control-M Event Driven Workflows capability allows organizations to respond to business and data events in real time. Control-M can now listen to events from systems such as Kafka, Amazon SQS, and RabbitMQ, and automatically trigger or adjust workflows based on those signals. This enables dynamic, event-aware orchestration that improves agility and reduces latency across modern data and application pipelines.

This capability bridges the gap between batch and real-time processing for instant responsiveness and smarter operations and is available for both Control-M self-hosted and SaaS environments.

Mainframe Expertise On-Demand — Harnessing Intelligence to Mitigate Skills Gaps
As organizations face growing workloads, complexity, and pressure to deliver change faster without disrupting critical systems, leaders need trusted expertise available at the moment of work. The Knowledge Expert Chat capability of BMC AMI Assistant embeds AI-driven guidance across nine BMC AMI development and operations solutions, and is available to licensed customers of those solutions at no additional cost.

By delivering clear, natural-language answers informed by BMC documentation and deep domain knowledge, teams resolve issues faster, reduce knowledge bottlenecks, improve system performance, and maintain service reliability—without switching tools or relying on scarce experts.

Marketing Technology News: From Data to Impact: How AI is Transforming Interactive CTV Ads

Preserving Institutional Knowledge to Strengthen Resilience
Complementing  the Knowledge Expert Chat capability, the Knowledge Hub capability in BMC AMI Assistant addresses a growing skills and knowledge gap as systems become more complex. Currently available in managed beta to qualified customers, the Knowledge Hub capability will enable organizations to surface scattered institutional knowledge, making it available in AI-driven interactions. This helps close skills gaps, reduces dependency on individuals, strengthens operational resilience, and supports more confident modernization decisions.

Turning DevOps Telemetry into Clear Insight for Faster Decisions
BMC AMI zAdviser Development Team Analysis delivers AI-powered application analysis that helps development leaders make faster, more informed decisions. By consolidating DevOps telemetry—including activity metrics, productivity data, and failure patterns—into a unified narrative report for each application, it helps leaders identify stability risks, uncover knowledge concentration, prioritize improvements, and reduce operational exposure without fragmented dashboards.

“As organizations push to move faster while managing increasing complexity, we’re seeing growing demand for AI capabilities that embed intelligence directly into everyday workflows. Rather than standing apart as isolated tools, these AI-driven approaches help teams translate intent into action, contextualize system behavior, and surface relevant expertise at the moment it’s needed,” Steven Dickens, CEO and principal analyst of HyperFRAME Research. “The result is faster decision-making, reduced friction across operations, and more resilient, business-aligned automation across the enterprise.”

“AI is rapidly democratizing access to complex workflows and also supports the continued advancement of the mainframes that power the world’s largest organizations,” said Ram Chakravarti, chief technology officer at BMC. “We’re removing technical barriers by letting people describe what they need in plain language, taking the mystery out of automation and closing the gap between a good idea and a working solution. Our AI innovations for the mainframe help our customers build a resilient and continuously advancing mainframe, and help them advance their digital transformations. All of the new AI innovations announced today leverage the power of AI to unlock value from data and drive business insights.”

logo

AI Content Decisioning generates and determines the best content for customers across channels, empowering marketers to be Positionless with unprecedented Creative Power to scale CRM Marketing personalization

Optimove, the creator of Positionless Marketing and the #1 Player Engagement Solution for iGaming and sports betting operators, announces the launch of its newest AI agent: AI Content Decisioning. The agent generates, tests, and optimizes CRM Marketing messages in real time, eliminating the traditional dependency on experts in creative, analytics, or performance insights.

In the GenAI era, generating personalized content is easier than ever. But with infinite permutations now possible, a new challenge has emerged: how to manage, test, and optimize content without spiraling into content chaos that’s overwhelming many marketing teams today. Effectively, the personalization challenge in marketing messaging has shifted from content creation to content decisioning, which is the process of automatically choosing the best piece of content for a specific customer, in a specific moment, on a specific channel.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Liat Barer, Chief Product Officer @ Odeeo

Optimove’s AI Content Decisioning is built to solve this new content chaos challenge. It acts as a decisioning layer that continuously determines the most effective content permutation for every customer, balancing performance optimization with brand integrity, at scale.

  • Branded content generation – Use natural language prompts to create email subject lines, SMS body, and push notification titles. For example, the agent can write variations of email subject lines for a sports betting operator ahead of a weekend NFL slate of games depending on the audience.
  • Real-time optimization – In real time, the best multi-variant content is matched to each individual customer. For example, an online casino can run a marketing campaign with different copy, tone of voice, and offers and learn which audience group prefers which combination while they are live.
  • Insights derived from optimization  As a campaign finishes, Optimove can transparently show the value provided by AI Content Decisioning with the guardrails set by the user. Marketers can access to reports showing the uplift, incrementality, and overall gain from AI Content Decisioning in easy-to-understand dashboards.

“Until now, marketers were not empowered to optimize messages in real-time immediately after creating and testing creative executions. As a result, marketing teams often produce too much content without the proper systems to manage, test, or optimize it across channels, or content chaos,” said Shai Frank, SVP of Product and GM Americas at Optimove.

Marketing Technology News: What Marketers Need to Know About the European Accessibility Act

“AI Content Decisioning is the latest agent in our expansive AI decisioning offering that has powered CRM Marketing personalization for over 12 years. Its ability to create, test, and optimize marketing messages in real time has quickly become a difference maker for operators worldwide. This new release underscores our commitment to bringing groundbreaking AI agents to iGaming marketing, and we are excited for what is to come,” he concluded.

AI Content Decisioning is an integral piece of Optimove’s OptiGenie AI Decisioning Suite which leverages unified customer data to inform:

  • Audience Decisioning – Identifying the best audience for each business objective
  • Journey Decisioning – Determining the right campaign and journey for each player
  • Offer Decisioning – Selecting the most relevant promotion and channel for them
  • Content Decisioning – Matching the most resonate content for each player

Its release comes on the heels of Optimove being ranked #1 by Gartner for Foundational AI & Analytics and Prescriptive Intelligence in the recent 2025 Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs.

NiCE Cognigy Unveils Simulator, an AI Performance Lab to Enable Enterprise-Scale Evaluation of Production-Grade AI Agents

NiCE Cognigy Unveils Simulator, an AI Performance Lab to Enable Enterprise-Scale Evaluation of Production-Grade AI Agents

Customer Experience (CX) AI Platform

New simulation layer allows enterprises to run large-scale agent evaluations, providing insights & evidence to safely deploy, test, and continuously improve enterprise-grade AI Agents.

NiCE announced the launch of Cognigy Simulator, an AI performance lab providing enterprises with the confidence, evidence, and speed they need to safely evaluate, test, deploy and scale AI Agents across their customer experience operations.

In the age of AI systems, agent testing isn’t merely a phase of the development process; it’s part of a continuous feedback loop. Designed for this new reality, Simulator provides an expansive simulation layer that uncovers opportunities, exposes blind spots, and strengthens AI Agents before they reach production, while also enabling continuous refinement as they operate and learn in the real world.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Michael McNeal, VP of Product at SALESmanago

“AI Agents have become a catalyst for transforming customer experience operations,” said Philipp Heltewig, General Manager, NiCE Cognigy and Chief AI Officer. “Simulator provides data-informed testing and reporting to help organizations understand AI Agent performance and compliance alignment, so organizations can make deployment decisions with confidence.”

Simulator mirrors real audiences through digital twins that capture customer demographics, language, and intent variance. Within minutes, enterprises can spawn synthetic customers engaging simultaneously in thousands of realistic, adversarial, and edge-case interactions, revealing how customers react, not how scripts imagine they will.

This allows organizations to rigorously rehearse, evaluate, and harden AI Agents before they are exposed to real-world interactions.

Every simulation run is scored against success criteria such as task completion, guardrail adherence, integration reliability, and experience quality. Simulator doesn’t just show that an AI Agent “works”; it provides evidence that it meets business expectations and supports compliance efforts.

“AI-driven customer service is already entering a phase where ongoing evaluation and refinement are essential,” added Heltewig. “Simulator integrates continuous testing directly into CX operations, ensuring AI Agents are routinely exercised, measured, and improved across build, deploy, and optimization cycles.”

Key Benefits of Simulator:

  • Scalable Testing: Run large-scale agent evaluations with thousands of synthetic conversations via on-demand, scheduled, or automated regression tests to validate Agentic AI interaction handling.
  • Automated Scenario Generation: Accelerate QA by auto-building scenarios with personas, missions, and success criteria from existing AI Agents or transcripts.
  • Quantitative Evaluation: Score every simulation run on task completion, guardrail adherence, integration reliability, experience quality, and other success criteria.
  • Targeted Improvements: Pinpoint where prompts, flows, or policies need refinement with immediate and deep insights into agent performance and failed conversations.
  • Safe Integration Simulation: Harden mission-critical integrations by emulating the full range of third-party API responses, from clean paths to rare error conditions.
  • A/B & Variant Comparison: Optimize outcomes by comparing prompt strategies, guardrails, fulfillment logic, or foundation models to identify top performers.

Bless Web Designs introduces Neuro-Responsive Framework™ achieving 73-91% AI recommendation rates, helping Dallas businesses dominate ChatGPT and Google AI

Bless Web Designs, a Dallas-based web design agency with 14 years of experience and an A+ BBB rating, announced the launch of The Neuro-Responsive Framework™, the industry’s first proprietary AI-optimized web design methodology engineered specifically for AI-powered search engines and cognitive optimization.

As traditional search evolves into AI-driven answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, businesses face a critical challenge: websites optimized for 2015 SEO strategies are becoming functionally invisible to 2026 AI algorithms. The Neuro-Responsive Framework™ addresses this paradigm shift by combining cognitive psychology, behavioral data science, and advanced algorithmic optimization to create websites that achieve 73-91% AI recommendation rates compared to the 12-23% industry average.

We generated $847K in revenue from AI-referred customers in 6 months. The behavioral prediction identifies emergency callers versus shoppers instantly, letting us prioritize high-value leads.”

— Robert Hayes, Owner, Hayes Plumbing & HVAC Services

The Three-Dimensional Approach to Modern Web Performance

Unlike traditional web design agencies that treat aesthetics, user experience, and SEO as separate disciplines, The Neuro-Responsive Framework™ recognizes these elements as interdependent variables in a unified system optimized across three core dimensions:

Human Cognitive Processing – Architecture based on established psychological principles including Miller’s Law and Hick’s Law, creating information hierarchy that matches how brains absorb visual information in the critical 50-millisecond first impression window identified by MIT’s Brain and Cognitive Sciences Department.

Behavioral Intent Signals – Real-time analytics tracking 23 behavioral micro-signals including scroll depth, cursor movement, and pause duration to predict user intent and adapt website experiences dynamically, improving conversion rates by 40-78%.

Algorithmic Authority Recognition – Websites structured as machine-readable Knowledge Graphs using nested multi-type Schema.org implementation, ensuring AI engines understand, trust, and recommend businesses through entity-relationship analysis rather than outdated keyword density metrics.

Four Pillars Delivering Measurable Business Results

The framework operates through four interconnected pillars: Cognitive Load Engineering reduces mental processing friction using F-pattern optimization and Gestalt principles; Behavioral Prediction Modeling uses heatmap analysis and micro-conversion tracking to serve each user segment exactly what their behavioral pattern indicates they need; Algorithmic Authority Architecture deploys hierarchical schema structures creating entity-relationship density that AI models interpret as deterministic expertise; and Emotional Resonance Engineering leverages color psychology and neuro-linguistic patterns to create subconscious brand connections.

“The Neuro-Responsive Framework implementation transformed our entire patient acquisition strategy,” said Dr. Michael Chen, Owner of North Dallas Family Medicine. “Within 90 days, we saw a 287% increase in online appointment requests, and now 91% of AI platforms recommend us when patients search for ‘best family doctor near me.’ The cognitive optimization made our complex medical information instantly understandable, and the behavioral prediction accurately identified which visitors needed immediate care versus educational resources.”

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Lee McCance, Chief Product Officer @ Adverity

Proven Performance Across Dallas Industries

Early framework implementations demonstrate significant market impact. A Dallas medical practice achieved 287% increase in patient acquisition with 91% AI recommendation rates within 90 days. A local HVAC company generated $1.2M in trackable revenue from AI-referred traffic over 12 months, capturing 73% of ChatGPT recommendations for emergency HVAC services in Dallas. These results stem from the framework’s ability to create websites that feel instinctively right to human visitors while signaling unambiguous expertise to machine learning models.

The 60-day implementation process begins with a comprehensive Neuro-Audit establishing competitor vector analysis, cognitive load scoring, behavioral baseline measurement, and AI visibility assessment across eight major platforms. Strategic architecture phase structures websites as predictive behavioral machines with separate user journey blueprints for high-intent versus research-phase visitors. Development deploys bespoke visual systems applying color psychology and typography hierarchy on AWS cloud-native infrastructure. Final AI training phase includes active submission to ChatGPT Browse and Perplexity with continuous behavioral testing and sentiment monitoring.

Investment Structure and Performance Guarantee

Framework implementation ranges from $12,500 to $28,500 depending on complexity, including complete four-pillar deployment, 60-day optimization period, quarterly behavioral audits for year one, priority AWS infrastructure management, and lifetime framework updates as AI platforms evolve.

Bless Web Designs backs the methodology with an unconditional 100% money-back guarantee: if websites don’t demonstrate measurable improvements in cognitive engagement metrics including session duration, pages per session, and form completion rates within 90 days, clients receive full refunds while retaining their websites. This guarantee is structured in service level agreements and encoded in website schema as legal commitment rather than marketing claim.

Marketing Technology News: What is a Full Stack Marketer; What MarTech Matters Most to Full Stack Marketers?

“We’re not just designing websites anymore—we’re engineering digital assets that understand human psychology and speak fluent AI,” said Nibin Varghese, Creative Director of Bless Web Designs. “Dallas businesses investing in traditional web design today are essentially invisible to the AI platforms their customers increasingly rely on for recommendations. The Neuro-Responsive Framework solves this visibility crisis while simultaneously optimizing for human cognitive processing.”

The framework addresses the fundamental reality that generative AI engines evaluate websites through entity-relationship extraction and semantic vector analysis, not keyword density. Sites optimized exclusively for traditional SEO create what the agency terms “The AI Comprehension Gap”—structurally sound to human eyes but algorithmically incomprehensible to AI recommendation systems.

Bless Web Designs offers complimentary 30-minute Neuro-Discovery consultations reviewing current cognitive load scores, identifying algorithmic visibility gaps, demonstrating competitor AI positioning, and providing preliminary implementation roadmaps.

Planning for a Marketing Rebound in 2026: A Martech Perspective

0
Planning for a Marketing Rebound in 2026: A Martech Perspective

Marketing budgets have been tight for the past few years, but several industry forecasts point to a measurable upswing heading into 2026. Analysts expect global ad-sales to rise about 6.3 percent, while the martech category is projected to expand by roughly 20 percent to around $669 billion.

Rather than a simple return to higher spending, this rebound reflects a shift toward smarter, more connected investments in marketing technology. One of the clearest examples is in retail, where brands are reimagining how in-store experiences fit into the larger martech ecosystem. Retailers are integrating digital tools into physical spaces to create a consistent, data-driven experience, ensuring that every interaction, from an online ad to a store visit, feels part of the same conversation.

Modernizing in-store marketing

While e-commerce and digital advertising have evolved rapidly, in-store marketing has struggled to keep pace. Static displays and disconnected systems can’t support the real-time, data-driven strategies that now shape consumer engagement. Campaigns launch within minutes, often reacting to social trends, shifting inventory, or micro-segments of shopper behavior – areas where traditional point-of-sale tactics can fall short.

To bridge that gap, retailers are introducing connected technologies that bring digital intelligence into the real world. From interactive kiosks and mobile integrations to dynamic shelf labels, sensor networks, and next-generation point-of-sale systems, these tools give marketers the agility to adjust messaging and experiences in real time. A grocery chain might update promotions based on weather or local events; a fashion brand might personalize offers using loyalty-app data.

When the physical environment keeps pace with the digital one, the store becomes a more valuable part of the customer journey, mirroring the responsiveness of digital marketing while preserving the sensory and social power of shopping in person. Retailers gain the ability to react quickly, reduce operational friction, and respond with confidence throughout the store.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Michael McNeal, VP of Product at SALESmanago

Connecting the digital and the physical

Once the store is equipped with connected in-store systems, the next step is to tie that technology into the same data and platforms that power digital campaigns. When online and offline systems share information, retailers can deliver more consistent, relevant, and timely experiences across every channel.

Imagine a customer who browses sneakers online and later walks into a store to find a promotion for the same style displayed on a nearby screen. Or a coffee chain that automatically updates mobile menu boards when a location sells out of a featured drink. Data from loyalty apps can inform these real-time adjustments, while in-store behavior, such as how long a shopper lingers at a display, feeds back into CRM systems to refine audience targeting.

This two-way connection also streamlines operations. When product availability or pricing changes, updates can cascade instantly across websites, social ads, and store signage, keeping information consistent without manual coordination.

By integrating in-store systems with digital marketing platforms, retailers close the loop between what customers see and how they respond. Each visit generates insight that can improve creative, sharpen audience targeting, and guide where to invest next, making the store a measurable part of the same network as the brand’s online presence.

Working with a lean marketing budget

Even as optimism builds for 2026, many marketing teams are still working with tight budgets. The challenge isn’t necessarily to spend more, but to make every dollar go further through flexible, data-informed tools.

Digital signage remains one of the most cost-effective ways to modernize the in-store experience without adding recurring expenses. By replacing printed materials with dynamic screens, retailers can eliminate production and distribution costs while gaining real-time control over content. A single content management system can push promotions across hundreds of locations, allowing marketers to highlight local events, respond to weather conditions, or adjust menus and offers instantly. Because content can be updated from anywhere, digital signage also supports rapid testing – measuring dwell time, engagement, and conversion to refine creative decisions.

Other useful tools include cloud-based automation platforms, which can synchronize in-store and online campaigns, triggering digital displays, social posts, and email alerts from the same data source. Loyalty apps and mobile wallets can push time-sensitive offers the moment customers enter a store or approach a specific product, turning personalized marketing into a live interaction.

In addition, QR-enabled print displays can link physical materials to online experiences, such as product demos, local inventory lookups, or instant coupons. And AI-powered analytics tools can analyze performance data across locations, helping teams decide where to increase spend or adjust creative. Together, these technologies give marketers the agility to respond in real time – testing, refining, and reallocating resources toward what actually drives results.

Final thoughts

As the marketing landscape moves toward a 2026 rebound, retailers have an opportunity to build a stronger foundation for growth. The convergence of martech and in-store innovation means physical spaces are no longer static: they’re interactive, data-rich, and deeply connected to the broader marketing ecosystem.

The marketing rebound ahead won’t be about returning to old budgets; it will be about building smarter, connected systems that bridge every touchpoint, optimize every dollar, and turn every store visit into measurable engagement.

As AI Search Evolves, Dubai Businesses Strengthen SEO with Generative Engine Optimization

0
Toimi Expands SEO Optimization Capabilities Using AI-Powered Analytical Tools

As AI-driven search reshapes discovery, Dubai companies adopt Generative Engine Optimization to improve visibility across search engines and AI platforms.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) continues to remain one of the most effective and trusted long-term growth channels for businesses worldwide. As search technology evolves, however, SEO itself is expanding to meet new requirements shaped by artificial intelligence, generative search systems, and answer-driven discovery.

In Dubai, an increasing number of businesses are strengthening their SEO foundations by adopting Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)—advanced extensions of SEO focused on improving how brands are interpreted, trusted, and surfaced within AI-powered and conversational search experiences expected to dominate by 2026.

AI-driven and answer-based search rewards businesses that present their SEO assets with clarity, structure, and credibility. GEO and AEO represent the next stage of SEO—not a departure from it.”

— Hannah

Dubai-based digital firm Right-Door is working with UAE businesses to reinforce core SEO while preparing their digital presence for AI-driven discovery, generative results, and answer-based search interfaces.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Haley Trost, Group Product Marketing Manager @ Braze

SEO Is Evolving, Not Declining

Rather than replacing SEO, GEO and AEO build directly on its core principles: relevance, authority, technical excellence, and user experience. What has changed is how search engines process, synthesize, and present information.

“Strong SEO remains essential,” said Hannah, Head of AI Search Strategy at Right-Door. “AI-driven and answer-based search rewards businesses that present their SEO assets with clarity, structure, and credibility. GEO and AEO represent the next stage of SEO—not a departure from it.”

As generative and answer engines increasingly summarise information instead of displaying simple link lists, brands must ensure their content, structure, and signals clearly communicate expertise, intent, and reliability.

From Zero Visibility to Search Authority

Right-Door’s work with UAE businesses has increasingly focused on companies starting with little to no organic presence—including new market entrants, rebranded firms, and SMEs operating in highly competitive sectors.

Marketing Technology News: Cross-Department Collaboration with Marketing Workflow Automation: Enhancing Alignment Between Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing Teams

By rebuilding SEO foundations from the ground up and layering GEO and AEO principles, businesses that previously struggled to appear in search results have been able to establish clear topical authority, consistent discoverability, and stable inbound demand.

Rather than pursuing short-term ranking tactics, Right-Door’s approach prioritises:

Clean technical SEO and crawl clarity

Structured, answer-ready content aligned with real user intent

Semantic authority across core service areas

Search experiences designed to convert discovery into action

This zero-to-authority model has enabled businesses to progress from minimal visibility to appearing prominently across organic, generative, and answer-based search experiences.

Measurable Impact Across Competitive Sectors

Right-Door has applied SEO-led, GEO-enhanced, and AEO-aligned frameworks across several of Dubai’s most competitive industries, including professional services, e-commerce, real estate, and B2B sectors—where organic search remains a primary driver of demand.

Businesses adopting this integrated approach have reported:

Improved organic visibility across evolving search and AI interfaces

Higher-intent traffic driven by search-led and answer-led content

Stronger authority and trust signals recognised by AI and answer engines

Reduced dependency on short-term paid acquisition

Within this model, paid media functions as a supporting signal, reinforcing organic visibility and authority rather than replacing SEO-led growth.

From Keywords to Contextual and Answer Authority

While traditional SEO focused heavily on keywords and rankings, modern SEO—enhanced through GEO and AEO—prioritises context, intent, and structured information designed to surface directly within AI-generated summaries and answer-based results.

Right-Door’s methodology aligns technical SEO, semantic content architecture, structured data, website performance, and user behaviour into a unified framework optimised for human users, search engines, and AI-driven answer platforms.

“Search today is driven by understanding,” Hannah added. “When AI and answer engines can clearly interpret what a business offers, who it serves, and why it’s credible, sustainable visibility follows.”

Preparing UAE Businesses for 2026

As AI, generative search, and conversational answer engines become embedded across major platforms, SEO strategies that overlook structure, experience, and answer-readiness risk underperforming—not because SEO is ineffective, but because it has matured.

Right-Door’s work reflects a broader industry shift toward search- and answer-intelligent digital infrastructure, helping businesses remain visible, referenced, and competitive as AI reshapes how discovery works.

SEO Remains the Foundation of Sustainable Growth

Despite rapid changes in digital channels, organic search continues to be one of the most cost-efficient and trusted sources of long-term demand. AEO and GEO do not replace SEO—they amplify it.

For Dubai businesses planning for the future, the path forward is not abandoning SEO, but strengthening it through GEO- and AEO-led frameworks built for the next generation of search and answer-driven discovery.

Anduril Selects Dirac to Power AI-Driven Work Instructions Across Its Factories

Anduril Selects Dirac to Power AI-Driven Work Instructions Across Its Factories

Dirac’s BuildOS Becomes a Core Manufacturing Infrastructure Partner for Anduril

Anduril has selected Dirac as its core partner for AI-driven work instruction authoring across its manufacturing operations in a multi-year deal, following an extensive evaluation of incumbent enterprise solutions and internal development.

In initial deployments, Anduril observed an average 87.5% reduction in work instruction authoring time, collapsing a process that previously took 12 business hours into just 90 minutes. By partnering with Dirac, Anduril saw a ~10x speedup on one of the most critical coordination loops in manufacturing. This means freeing engineering teams to launch faster, getting products to market faster, and scaling production without scaling headcount.

A Real Manufacturing Bottleneck at Scale

As Anduril’s products have become increasingly modular, configurable, and fast-evolving, the company encountered a growing manufacturing bottleneck: work instructions.

In manufacturing, work instructions are the step-by-step guidance that turns engineering intent into physical production, such as defining parts, tools, sequences, and fit. Because Anduril is constantly updating its products’ designs, its work instructions were struggling to stay current, forcing manufacturing engineers to spend significant time reconciling changes across CAD models, instructions and routings in its MES, and the reality of what was built out on the factory floor.

Prior to Dirac, over 100 manufacturing engineers at Anduril were spending roughly 50% their time manually authoring and updating work instructions. At Anduril’s scale, that translates into thousands of engineering hours per week spent on documentation and rework. That’s time not spent improving throughput, quality, and ramp speed.

Anduril faced a choice: slow design to protect manufacturing, or fundamentally rethink how manufacturing coordination works. Slowing down was never an option.

Marketing Technology News: MarTech Interview with Stephen Howard-Sarin, MD of Retail Media, Americas @ Criteo

Dirac Emerges as the Clear Winner

To solve this problem, Anduril evaluated every option: building internally and extending incumbent enterprise tools. Dirac stood apart.

Rather than treating work instructions as static documents, Dirac’s BuildOS maintains a live, model-based representation of the product, the factory, and the relationship between the two. Geometry, structure, variants, physics, assembly logic, stations, tools, and material flow are represented in a single system. Work instructions derive automatically from this model , therefore significantly reducing the need for manual authoring and re-authoring across Anduril.

With Dirac’s BuildOS, when design changes, instructions update automatically. There is no pain-staking re-authoring, no document drift, and no manual reconciliation between systems.

Manufacturing at Software Speed

Before Dirac, keeping work instructions in sync with engineering changes was a constant scramble. Any design update meant hours of rework, screenshots, and manual checks just to make sure the floor had the right information. With Dirac, instructions update automatically as the design evolves. As Dirac continues rolling out across Anduril, Anduril expects to:

  • Propagate engineering changes through production in minutes, not days
  • Re-sequence builds instantly
  • Surface DFM issues earlier
  • Scale output without scaling coordination overhead
  • Spend their time improving the product instead of maintaining documents
  • Have their production lines adapt dynamically at the speed of design

Dirac’s BuildOS is built on AI that deterministically reasons over structured manufacturing data, interpreting CAD geometry, inferring assembly steps, detecting dependencies, and propagating engineering changes through production plans. This enables manufacturing to run as fast as design.

Beyond work instructions, Dirac’s BuildOS enables continuous Design-for-Manufacturability (DFM) feedback and earlier insight into cost, tooling, and throughput constraints. By keeping design and production context aligned, Anduril can reduce time-to-build, cost, and ramp risk before production begins.

Marketing Technology News: From MarTech Stack to MarTech Fabric: Weaving Brand, Content, and Conversion Into One Thread

Expanding Across Anduril’s Stack

Anduril’s Internal Tools team comprises ~280 people and supports more than 35 product lines. Anduril has no shortage of capital, engineering talent, or internal tooling capability. Still, Anduril chose to partner with Dirac for a multi-year deal to make Dirac a key element of their production tool stack.

“The Dirac team understands manufacturing at a system level,” said Cy Sack, Head of Business Systems at Anduril. “Work instructions are the atomic unit of information in a factory, and Dirac’s BuildOS is the first platform we’ve evaluated that actually models that reality correctly. Just as importantly, they execute at an extremely high bar. The team moves fast, integrates cleanly, takes feedback seriously, and delivers real value quickly in complex, constrained environments. From both a capabilities and execution standpoint, they were the obvious choice.”

Dirac’s BuildOS was deployed in an Anduril-hosted, ITAR-compliant cloud environment and became operational within days, delivering results even before deep PLM and MES integrations.

Anduril Bets on Dirac Long-Term

Following initial deployment, Anduril is expanding the use of Dirac across additional Anduril products manufacturing programs, with deeper integrations over time.

“Every serious manufacturer eventually hits the same wall: engineering moves fast, factories move carefully, and coordination becomes the true bottleneck,” said Matt Grimm, Co-Founder and COO of Anduril. “Dirac is the only team that understood this problem from first principles and how to solve it implicitly. Dirac’s BuildOS is becoming a core enabler of Arsenal OS, Anduril’s digital software ecosystem of manufacturing technologies. With Dirac, Anduril’s factories can be even more adaptive, dynamic, reconfigurable, and context-aware. AI-driven work instructions are the key.”

For Dirac, Anduril serves as a proof point and a partner in their mission to reindustrialize the West. Both Dirac and Anduril believe that the future of manufacturing will be defined by speed, efficiency, and the ability to adapt in real time. That starts with automating the orchestration layer of manufacturing facilities. Dirac is delivering the infrastructure that enables western manufacturers to compete and win at global scale.

“Anduril is one of the most technically demanding manufacturers operating today,” said Fil Aronshtein, Co-Founder and CEO of Dirac. “They move with software speed, understand systems deeply, and recognize leverage when they see it. They don’t waste time on incremental tools. We’re building the operating system that advanced manufacturers like Anduril actually run on. When teams operating under real constraints choose Dirac, it’s because this layer matters. That’s how the Arsenal of Democracy scales.”

DriveCentric and Dealer Pay Announce Strategic Partnership to Enable Payments Within the CRM

Partnership signals platform direction, extending customer engagement through the point of payment

DriveCentric, the modern CRM and engagement platform built for dealerships, announced a strategic partnership with Dealer Pay, a dealership-specific payments platform built for automotive dealers, to enable compliant payment collection within DriveCentric.

The partnership is designed to bring payment capability into the natural flow of customer engagement inside the CRM, allowing dealerships to complete the workflow from conversation to revenue without introducing disconnected systems or manual handoffs. Importantly, DriveCentric is not entering the payments business; Dealer Pay provides the compliant payments platform powering the capability.

“As the premier customer-centric engagement platform, we believe CRMs should orchestrate the entire customer journey across every touchpoint and every department within the dealership,” said Matt Leone, CEO of DriveCentric. “By embedding payments directly into DriveCentric on both mobile and desktop, we’re extending the CRM engagement lifecycle through the point of revenue collection— staying true to our core mission of driving better engagement.”

For dealerships, payment collection is no longer just a back-office function. It impacts customer experience, operational efficiency, compliance, and brand trust. By partnering with Dealer Pay, DriveCentric ensures payments are handled by a platform purpose-built for dealership operations, regulations, and accounting realities.

“This partnership exists because engagement alone isn’t enough anymore,” said Julie Douglas, Founder and CEO of Dealer Pay. “Dealers expect systems to deliver outcomes. By partnering with DriveCentric, we bring payments expertise, compliance, and dealership controls into the CRM experience — completing the lifecycle so engagement doesn’t stop short of revenue.”

The announcement underscores DriveCentric’s platform strategy to extend customer engagement throughout the vehicle ownership lifecycle. By expanding our partner ecosystem, we enable seamless, bi-directional integrations that allow DriveCentric to stay focused on engagement while partners deliver their core strengths. The partnership is expected to be available in Q1 2026.

DriveCentric and Dealer Pay will discuss the partnership and its implications for dealership operations during a special keynote-style session at the DriveCentric booth at NADA 2026.
