Companies can now collect, manage, showcase, and reply to reviews for all of their unique business locations
Trustpilot, the leading global consumer review platform free and open to everyone, continues to build out its full-service, 360-degree customer review offering with today’s launch of Location Reviews. The new product, which comes on the heels of Transparent Inviting, an industry-first transparency tool, gives businesses on Trustpilot.com the ability to add multiple business locations to their Trustpilot profile, each with their own location-specific reviews. Businesses will be able to collect, manage, and respond to customer feedback for each location.
Trustpilot Location Reviews are designed to be perfectly suited for brick-and-mortar stores with multiple locations, franchises, and multi-branch businesses. It is one of many products and features the company has recently launched in its quest to offer the most robust review solution on the market, with AI-driven Review Insights and encryption-protected Business Generated Links adding to business’ toolboxes.

“For businesses with multiple locations, it’s crucial that a high-quality customer experience is standard across each store,” said Ramin Vatanparast, Chief Product Officer at Trustpilot. “Businesses can now more precisely measure customer satisfaction at individual stores and branches and can use their findings to help improve those experiences. The world will soon re-open again and when it does, businesses with multiple storefronts will be ready to provide consistent quality experiences at each location.”
Trustpilot previously announced a partnership with location-based marketing leader Uberall that allowed Trustpilot customers to manage and respond to reviews directly from Uberall. Uberall enables businesses to easily manage search and discovery, engagement and conversion in real-time.
“We are happy that Trustpilot and Uberall’s partnership can now offer a more comprehensive solution for multi location businesses,” said Liz Sinclair, Uberall’s Product Partnerships Lead. “Over 90% of customers check reviews online in search of local stores. There is no reason why businesses should not take full advantage of this opportunity. Either to stand out in local search or showcase their presence on other digital platforms, multi-location businesses can expand their reputation and create a long-lasting relationship with the right customers. Uberall and Trustpilot are here to support them in that journey”.
