UpMetrics, the analytics company advancing the way impact organizations communicate their stories, today announced a partnership with the Ford Foundation to support the expansion of Ford’s data-driven impact storytelling capabilities.

Ford is using the UpMetrics impact analytics platform to be a source of knowledge and collaboration across the organization, with the goals of better understanding how complex social change happens and supporting the design and implementation of effective program strategies.
“The Ford Foundation seeks to mitigate deep-rooted and complex problems related to inequality, where transformative social change can take a long time and does not happen in a linear, easy-to-measure fashion. The UpMetrics platform has provided Ford with a new way to collect, categorize, and visualize our quantitative and qualitative data, aligning with our commitment to rigorously monitor progress in order to advance our understanding about how complex change happens,” said Subarna Mathes, Senior Strategy and Evaluation Officer, Office of Strategy and Learning, Ford Foundation.
Beginning by piloting the platform with a few programs, Ford is now incrementally rolling out UpMetrics to all of its programs.
