“We believe our leading scores in two of the four use cases in this year’s Gartner Inc.’s Critical Capabilities for Content Services Platforms is a reflection of our commitment to overcome the challenges presented by legacy inflexible document management solutions,” said Antti Nivala, founder and CEO, M-Files. “During the shift to hybrid work, employees have leveraged metadata to not only search and organize, but also to manage, secure, share, and improve visibility of content. We feel our strong metadata foundation and federation capabilities provide a unique level of flexibility that enables organizations to easily adapt to changing business needs — empowering a smarter way to work.”

In addition, M-Files achieved the third highest score among 20 vendors in the Content and Process Automation Use Case (3.55 out of 5) and the Cloud Office Content Services Use Case (3.46 out of 5).
