Atlanta-Based Marketing Technology Company Celebrates Significant Growth, Recognition Amid Active 2018 Filled with Key Feature, Integration Releases and First-To-Market CPL Reporting Solution
Call tracking and analytics provider, CallRail, announced that over 100,000 businesses are using its platform to better understand marketing ROI, nodding to the company’s significant revenue growth and internal company expansion in 2018.
CallRail has proven its commitment to customer-centered innovation, giving the businesses it works with an intuitive, streamlined way to understand why their customers are calling, what is prompting those calls and how they can optimize their marketing.
After completing a $75 Million fundraising round in Q4 of 2017 to support product expansion, CallRail was poised to hit major milestones the following year. Since then, the company received the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Pacesetter Award for the fourth consecutive year, ranking no. 17 on the list of the city’s 100 fastest-growing companies and was included on both the Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Tech Fast 500 for the third consecutive year.
“CallRail experienced significant growth this year, and we’ve focused on hiring for key leadership positions and bolstering our engineering and support staff to drive product innovation and provide an even better customer experience,” said Andy Powell, co-founder and CEO of CallRail. “Our team strives to deliver an incredible product to our growing number of customers, staying focused on customer feedback to help small and mid-sized businesses improve customer acquisition.”
CallRail proved their leadership in the call tracking and analytics space in 2018 by earning the No. 1 spot for best inbound call tracking software on G2 Crowd. They lead competitors in ease of use and customer support.
“CallRail has been identified as a Leader in our Winter 2019 Grid Report for Inbound Call Tracking. Their users have been leaving positive reviews since 2014, making them the most-reviewed product in the category, with an additional 65 reviews this year alone. Not only that, the product has maintained both the largest market presence and highest Satisfaction score of any product in the report,” said Kara Kennedy, senior manager of buyer research, G2 Crowd. “In the report, the product’s satisfaction ratings were highlighted by Ease of Use, Ease of Admin, and Ease of Setup each scoring higher than the category average. Additionally, 97 percent of reviewers rated the product four out of five stars or better.”
To keep up with its high standards of customer service and product development, CallRail added more than 50 positions this year. Inc. Magazine named the company to its 2018 Best Workplaces list, where CallRail was one of 300 companies recognized from across the nation for its unique workplace culture. CallRail also announced a number of key product updates and integrations in 2018 to make the jobs of its users more efficient and help better optimize the marketing dollars of its customers.
The company’s newest addition is a first-to-market cost-per-lead reporting solution within CallRail. This report calculates marketers’ cost per lead by analyzing text, form and call conversions from paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook and Bing Ads. Other features include Call Highlights, an AI-driven extension that automatically detects and surfaces relevant keywords in a phone call and Local Swap, a feature that helps give businesses a local presence.
This year CallRail announced an integration with Wix and an updated integration with HubSpot to offer current Wix and HubSpot users more robust phone call analytics and recordings for more powerful reporting.
“For many businesses, marketing budgets are the first lines to get cut when projections aren’t hit or things get tight,” Powell said. “Historically, marketing approach and spend is also one of the more scrutinized areas of legacy businesses, creating a never-ending challenge for the marketing agencies and in-house marketers working for them to prove ROI and marketing efficacy. For years, the challenge of accurate and complete marketing attribution was amplified for small and mid-sized businesses, who didn’t have access to the tools being used by their enterprise counterparts. CallRail is committed to democratizing marketing analytics, giving businesses of all sizes confidence in how their marketing is performing and what their customers are calling about.”
