Annual Series of Wisdom of Crowds® Markets Studies Ranks Sisense as Both a Customer Experience Leader and a Credibility Leader
Sisense, the world’s leading analytics platform for builders, announced that that it has been recognized as an Overall Leader in Business Intelligence in the annual Industry Excellence Awards from Dresner Advisory Services, LLC. The awards stem from the Dresner Advisory Services 2020 Wisdom of Crowds Study where Sisense was acknowledged as both a Customer Experience Leader and Vendor Credibility Leader earlier this year. The awards are based on data collected from end users who assess vendors based on current usage, key drivers, technology priorities, and future intentions as well as performance ratings.

Sisense achieved its top position in the Industry Excellence Awards for Business Intelligence, based on the two multifaceted models of assessment covered by the Dresner Advisory Services 2020 Wisdom of Crowds Study. The Customer Experience model accounts for the real-world experience of customers working with BI products every day, plotting the various customer touch points against sentiment surrounding product and technology. The Vendor Credibility model considers how customers feel about vendors, including perceived value for price, integrity and overall confidence. Vendor ratings are based solely on the voice of the customer.
