Report Examines How IT Leaders are Adopting Generative AI and its Impact on Their Organizations

As generative AI continues to emerge as a game-changer in the business world, a new report from IT development firm, JetRockets, reveals deep insights into the adoption, challenges, and transformative impact of generative AI on the future of IT.

The new report, comprised of a study administered to 400 CIOs & CTOs, reveals 90% have already integrated generative AI into their processes, and an overwhelming 99% are planning to ramp up investment in the technology in the next 3-6 months.

“As is usually the case when a new and transformative technology enters the market, we get carried away with skepticism and even fear about how it will change the status quo.” – JetRockets Co-founder and CEO, Natalie Kaminski

But as stakeholders continue to debate the ramifications of generative AI on worker displacement and the jobs market, the report critically digs into another key theme: how do CIOs and CTOs feel about its impact? As it turns out, they think these concerns are largely unfounded.

In fact, 88% of CIOs & CTOs believe that generative AI cannot fully replace human employees such as software developers. Additionally, 50% believe that generative AI will actually increase their strategic importance in the future.
