Comparably analyzed over 10 million anonymous employee ratings across tens of thousands of North American companies and selected the Top 100 highest-rated organizations for Best Company Outlook in 2022. Rankings were derived from sentiment ratings provided by current employees about the company’s outlook (how confident they feel about the future success of their company) and the Employee Net Promoter Score (how likely they are to recommend working at their company to a friend).

Comparably’s “Best Marketing Teams” were derived from sentiment ratings by direct employees within Marketing teams who anonymously rated their departments over the past 12 months. Winners were chosen based on comprehensive workplace questions in core culture categories, such as compensation, leadership, professional development, work-life balance, perks and benefits, and more.

“It’s a privilege to lead the marketing organization at Alida and I am so proud of all the success they have achieved over the past 12 months,” said Mary Kay Evans, Chief Marketing Officer at Alida. “The team constantly pushes the growth agenda of this organization and remains an incredible asset to the future of Alida.”

Alongside customer, product, and brand experiences, employee experience is one of Alida’s core pillars. Alida believes that investing in the voice of your employees is among the most important factors to a successful business and should be integrated into the very essence of corporate culture. As a Customer Experience (CX) company, Alida uses its own TXM Platform to gather feedback from its employees and take action on their preferences and needs. The HR team runs a regular employee pulse survey that sees over 90% participation rates.

“Alida has proven itself again this year to be an exemplary leader who strongly supports its employees,” said Comparably CEO, Jason Nazar. “The No. 1 ranking in Best Company Outlook as well as their recognition as a Best Marketing Team is a testament to the organization’s commitment to the growth and innovation of their workplace culture.”

With a rich heritage and a start-up mentality, Alida is looking for people with a fresh perspective, a collaborative mindset, and a sense of relentless curiosity.
