“Through OMB A-11 and the 21st Century IDEA Act, CX is now recognized and in some cases, mandated as a critical component of every federal agency’s digital strategy,” said Santiago Milian, director of experience at Booz Allen. “Whether through websites, apps or live interactions, Booz Allen is focused on supplying the federal government with the best tools and resources they need to provide the public with access to the information, services and benefits that matter to them most. CX management is a critical piece of Booz Allen’s services, and we’re excited to partner our expertise with the innovative capabilities Medallia provides to bring greater value to our federal clients.”

From the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) to the front-line call center technician, today’s government understands that the experience their organizations deliver across their customer and employee base directly ties to their ability to accomplish the mission. This experience movement has been bolstered and prioritized by the President’s Management Agenda, OMB Circular A-11, the IDEA Act, the GSA Centers of Excellence, and other initiatives out of both the executive and legislative branches.
