“Phone2Action provides access to actionable intelligence that informs and influences decisions at every level of government. That’s vital. Our platform must continue to be a transformative force in the industry—and we absolutely will.”

Muniz joins Phone2Action after more than a dozen years as CFO at Logi Analytics, while Opletayev served as a vice president at both Higher Logic and Real Magnet during that same period. Both have deep experience leading high-growth companies that offer business-to-business software solutions.

“Adrian and Mikhail understand what it takes to steer a fast-growing company like Phone2Action,” said CEO Steven Schneider. “We believe that our recent acquisitions, strategic initiatives and new leadership put the pieces in place to give government affairs teams the edge needed to win their policy outcomes, and subsequently accelerate Phone2Action’s growth.”

Schneider joined the company in June and has steadily built a management team charged with steering a company that has seen significant momentum and a dramatic increase in platform adoption in the last year.

Phone2Action acquired KnowWho, the world’s largest directory of public officials and influencers, and GovPredict, a technology company that provides legislative and regulatory intelligence, in late 2020. Empowered by a strategic investment from Charlotte-based equity firm Frontier Growth in 2019, Phone2Action now provides the most comprehensive government relations and public affairs solution available, serving major clients such as Amazon, American Airlines, eBay and the American Heart Association.

“Phone2Action’s trajectory is impressive,” Muniz said. “The company is growing in so many ways. It’s exciting for the market, for our customers and for those of us who have the privilege to steer some of that growth. I’m very happy to be a part of it.”

Opletayev, who manages one of the largest development teams in the industry, said he is enthusiastic about Phone2Action’s mission to help government relations professionals affect policy outcomes. “The best companies are those that do important work,” he said. “Phone2Action provides access to actionable intelligence that informs and influences decisions at every level of government. That’s vital. Our platform must continue to be a transformative force in the industry—and we absolutely will.”
