New Platform Launches with University of Georgia Star Running Back at the BMW Performance Center

The Players’ Lounge, a Web 3.0 focused platform built to empower relationships between current and former college athletes and their respective fanbases, today announces the launch of The Players’ Lounge – Experiences, offering fans the chance to bid on unique, memorable and interactive experiences with their favorite athletes.

The first experience available for fans features an open track at the BMW Performance Center in Greer South Carolina and University of Georgia running back Kendall Milton. On June 19, DGD Mafia members can bid on 1 of 5 Kendall Milton NFTs with the top bidder driving with the UGA standout junior on the racecourse. The remaining four winners will be paired with UGA letterman and a surprise special guest. The experience takes place June 26.

“The value proposition we offer our more than 100 signed student-athletes is the opportunity to build their brand in a way that is authentic to them. Upcoming experiences include golfing with the UGA football stars Ladd McConkey and Ryland Goede at the prestigious Miura Golf Club as well as hunting with Keith Marshall.

The Players’ Lounge utilizes Web 3.0 technologies to connect communities of fans and their respective student-athletes through the purchase of NFTs, which unlock a variety of utilities from exclusive message boards to in-person events. A large percentage of the proceeds from the NFT sales go directly to the student-athlete partners.
