Dashlane’s Combination of SCIM, SSO and Best-in-Class Support will Eliminate Manual Provisioning Tasks, Facilitate Onboarding and Ensure Fast Adoption

Dashlane, the leading credential and digital identity management solution, announced the integration of System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), furthering the company’s mission to make security simple for millions of organizations and their people. Dashlane’s SCIM allows IT admins to connect the password manager with existing identity providers (IDPs), providing employees with fast and easy provisioning and adoption. Additionally, Dashlane SCIM users can integrate with existing Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials and other key workflows, making it simple for IT admins to deploy Dashlane Password Manager to all employees.

“At Dashlane, our focus continues to be improving the overall health of the organization’s password practices and security,” said Derek Snyder, Dashlane’s Chief Product Officer. “The SCIM integration furthers our efforts to simplify security for businesses everywhere, alleviating the burden on IT departments and the speed of configuration.”

As companies continue to adapt to hybrid and remote work models, being able to create a single master account and have it work across different systems – using the same information and password – is imperative. Dashlane’s SCIM will alleviate the burden IT departments face while allowing users to automate much of the provisioning activity. SCIM also supports and simplifies the onboarding, offboarding, and lateral movement of employees within their organization.

The setup for new users and the synchronization for current customers will be a smooth transition and allow for self-configuration and integrations with minimum intervention from Dashlane. SCIM users will have access to the best-in-class customer support, including one on one dedicated support for companies with over 30 employees. Customers in the Business tier will have immediate access to SCIM and those using the Team Tier will be encouraged to upgrade to Dashlane’s Business plan to have access to every feature available.
