Run by veteran CRM analyst Paul Greenberg of The 56 Group, the 2019 CRM Watchlist honors companies making an impact in producing valuable services and goods with an impressive public presence, social and environmental responsibility, and market execution. Pega was named to the list for the third consecutive time, this year chosen as one of 12 winners out of 73 total entries.

2019 CRM Service Awards for Customer Case Management

For the second consecutive year, Pega was named a leader in the 2019 CRM Service Leaders Awards from CRM Magazine in the Customer Case Management category. Pega earned the highest score for depth of functionality and scored highly in both company direction and customer satisfaction. Voted on by industry consultants and analysts, the CRM Service Awards honor leading providers of contact center and customer service technologies across nine market segments.

2019 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Pega Infinity won a gold Stevie Award for Sales & Customer Service in the CRM Suite, Enterprise, New Version category. Honoring Pega for the second consecutive year, The Steve Awards honors customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals and received more than 2,700 global submissions from 45 countries.

TMC, an integrated media company serving B-to-B markets within communications and technology, recognized Pega’s solutions in three different awards programs, presented by CUSTOMER Magazine:

  • Pega Infinity was named a winner in the CUSTOMER Product of the Year Awards for the fifth consecutive year. This award recognizes vendors advancing call center, CRM, and teleservices industries to help clients exceed customer expectations.
  • Pega Infinity also won a CUSTOMER Experience Innovation Award, which recognizes best-in-class companies delivering exceptional customer experiences over all channels.
  • Pega Workforce Intelligence won a TMC CUSTOMER Workforce Optimization Award, which honors vendors leading in the workforce optimization space. Pega Workforce Intelligence was recognized for going beyond traditional workforce optimization and desktop analytics technologies by using AI-enabled discovery bots to provide a holistic look into employee productivity.

Constellation ShortList for RPA

Constellation Research named Pega to its Constellation ShortList for Robotic Process Automation. Pega Robotic Process Automation was one of eight chosen out of 40 evaluated solutions. The research firm selects shortlisted vendors through conversations with early adopter clients, independent analysis, and briefings with vendors and partners. Pega Robotic Automation solutions enable organizations to automate tedious, manual tasks across the organization from end to end.
