Prior to Blue Shield of California, Davis held C-level, executive leadership roles at Intel Corp. and Georgetown University, and served 26 years in the senior executive service with the federal government as CIO of the U.S. Marshals Service in the U.S. Department of Justice and as CIO of Counterintelligence Field Activity in the U.S. Department of Defense. She has won multiple awards for her services, including the Bay Area ORBIE CIO Award for Healthcare, the Forbes CIO Next List: 2022, and The CIO Hall of Fame Award from CIO.com.
