Teads Announces New Hires and Executive Promotion

Teads Hires Monique Pintarelli, Lauren Douglass

Teads, The Global Media Platform, announces hiring Monique Pintarelli and Lauren Douglass into the North American commercial team. These changes in leadership are a direct response to Teads’ significant growth in the US market.  Lauren Douglass has been brought on as VP of Marketing, North America to strengthen Teads’ positioning in the industry amongst brands, agencies, and publishers. Monique Pintarelli has been tapped as Teads’ new VP of West Coast Sales.

Lauren Douglass, previously at Criteo, is a B2B brand expert with deep experience in creating messaging and go-to-market strategies that resonate. Lauren will be stationed in the NYC office working closely with Teads’ North America & Global Leadership team to drive business results through marketing efforts, using her unique skill set to lead a team focused on strategy, content, branding, experiences, and sales efforts in North America.

Monique Pintarelli, now VP of West Coast Sales at Teads, spent the past four years overseeing the sales strategy and execution for clients and agencies across the West. Prior to joining Viant, she spent 14 years at Turner Broadcasting in both Los Angeles and New York. In her former role as Vice President, Sales Manager at Turner, she helped launch their programmatic initiative and was responsible for more than $100 Million in TV and digital revenue working across all Turner Brands including CNN, TBS, TNT, and more.
