Fuze Appoints Veteran Finance Executive Edward M. Durkin as CFO and Dan MacDonnell as Senior Security Advisor

The newest leadership additions to help drive Fuze growth in the accelerating cloud-based communications market

Fuze, the leading cloud-based communications provider for the modern global enterprise, announced Edward M. Durkin as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, Durkin will lead Fuze’s rapidly-growing global financial and administrative operations as the company continues to support and empower the increasingly distributed global workforce.

Durkin brings more than 35 years of financial and executive experience to Fuze, most recently serving as CFO at Actifio Inc., a leading provider of multi-cloud enterprise data management software solutions, acquired by Google in 2020. Prior to Actifio, Durkin was CFO at Digital Guardian, Inc. and Interactions, Inc., both rapidly growing technology companies. Durkin also served as CEO and President of Tactical Communications Group, LLC, as well as CFO of Radview Software, where he was instrumental in successfully taking Radview through its initial public offering (IPO).
