Over the past year, the Fuze leadership team spearheaded several initiatives to support employees and boost employee morale and engagement, including the implementation of flexible schedules to ensure teams continued to be their best both at home and at work, and a remote work stipend to improve the daily work experience for employees. Fuze leadership also hosted regular ask-me-anything sessions to encourage open communication and transparency between the executive team and Fuzers, and planned remote community events to help employees remain connected and maintain a strong company culture.

“Now more than ever, workers need strong executive teams to lead them through the transition to long term hybrid work models. Our Best Leadership Teams award continues to highlight leaders that demonstrate how visionary, transparent, empathetic, open-minded, and mission-driven leadership can make a large impact on their organizations,” said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. “Brian Day and his leadership team at Fuze are a great example of an executive team that sets a high standard for leadership excellence in these areas, especially through these unpredictable times and the uncertainty surrounding the future of work.”

To qualify for this award, companies must meet a minimum threshold of anonymous employee public ratings on their company’s Comparably.com page within a 12-month period (June 2020 through June 2021). Winners are determined based solely on the sentiment ratings of top leaders.
