Similarweb Ltd. today announced that it has launched the roadshow for the initial public offering of its ordinary shares. Similarweb will be offering 7.5 million ordinary shares, and a selling shareholder will be offering 500,000 ordinary shares. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $19 and $21 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. Similarweb will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling shareholder. In addition, Similarweb expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.125 million ordinary shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “SMWB.”
