Strategic Hires Will Enhance Customer Success, Talent Acquisition, and Operations as TapClicks Expands Its Footprint

Long is joining the company as Vice President of People and Operations while Regan Davis is joining as the Vice President of Enterprise Customer Success. On the heels of TapClicks’ recent $10MInvestment from Boathouse Capital, the company is building out its executive team to support the rapid increase of new customers and expansion of existing customer programs while optimizing the alignment of people and projects to support the company’s industry-leading revenue growth and market penetration.

As Vice President of People and Operations, Tonya J. Long will lead TapClicks’ global human resource functions, including scaling out the company’s culture while enhancing talent acquisition, performance management, and learning and development. She is also charged with driving corporate cross-functional efforts to optimize, strengthen and streamline TapClicks’ systems and processes to align people with projects that support the company as it positions itself for accelerated growth on top of its recently secured investments, continued product innovation and ongoing M&A activity. Long will be vital to building the cultural foundation for TapClicks’ future as she leads the integrations of newly acquired companies and champions the company’s organizational evolution through its growth period. She most recently held senior product operations roles at Akamai Technologies and Avaya and brings more than 20 years of senior leadership in high-tech enterprise companies to TapClicks.

As a long-time digital marketing executive, Davis intrinsically understands the complexity of managing multi-pronged marketing programs and how to align customer success through education and communication. In her role, she will help key customers gain greater business benefits from their existing TapClicks program, in addition to expanding the platform into multiple properties, business units, regional markets and geographies. Davis was previously the Head of Publisher Partnerships at DevCon, an AdTech security provider, and brings with her deep experience in managing multimillion-dollar partner channels in technology and media industries.
