Seafort’s deep experience spans all facets of human resources strategy and people leadership, most recently serving as Amazon’s head of HR/Global Mergers and Acquisitions.

Seafort is a HR veteran with more than 25 years’ experience and has held multiple leadership roles at high-growth companies. She was most recently Head of Amazon HR Global Mergers and Acquisitions, and held several other positions in Amazon Web Services and Amazon Stores where she oversaw talent acquisition and business operations.

Seafort started her career as an attorney where she provided legal counsel at Fisher & Phillips and Troop Steuber Pasich Reddick & Tobey (now Akin Gump) and served as in-house legal counsel at Warner Bros. Entertainment. At Sony Pictures Entertainment and Tickets.com, she oversaw international HR operations, employee relations, and talent development before becoming head of Global HR and a trusted advisor at Monster Energy Company. In all her roles, she’s focused on helping management teams navigate the changing workforce, while growing high-growth businesses.
