Loyalty and promotion solutions provider named recipient of Best in Class award for its technology.
Clarus Commerce, a leading provider of end-to-end loyalty and promotion solutions, announced it has been named the winner of the 2022 Loyalty360 Best in Class Award for Technology alongside client Johnson & Johnson who received the Gold Customer Insights and Metrics award at the 2022 Loyalty Expo in Charlotte, NC.
The Loyalty360 Best In Class recognizes top Loyalty360 members across 10 categories for excellence in customer loyalty. Nominations were based on several factors, including award entries, nominations from other Loyalty360 members (supplier, partner and brand), program impact, program performance and approach, and active industry and association involvement over the past 18 months.

The Customer Insights and Metrics category focuses on the brand’s accessibility, measurement, and management of customer data – internally and externally – and how marketers are managing that data to create long-term customer loyalty. Strong entries in this category demonstrated a brand putting the customer first by leveraging metrics, including customer data (first-party/zero-party data), voice of the customer, customer feedback, CRM, and market research, with the proven end result of increased customer loyalty.
