Kibo Announces Leadership Appointments to Accelerate Go-to-Market Strategy and Drive Business Growth

Strategic appointments of Scott Franzén as chief sales officer and Meagan White as chief marketing officer to help fuel global expansion and strengthen Kibo’s leadership in composable commerce and order management solutions.

Kibo Commerce, a market leader in composable commerce solutions, announced two key leadership appointments to its Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as part of its strategic plan to further accelerate its go-to-market strategy and drive business growth. Scott Franzén has been appointed as chief sales officer, and Meagan White has been promoted to chief marketing officer. Both will report to Ram Venkataraman, Kibo’s chief executive officer.

Scott Franzén joins Kibo with more than 10 years of sales leadership experience at SAP. In his most recent role as vice president, Franzén led a region responsible for enterprise customers and prospects, managing all software, subscription, maintenance, and renewal revenue. He successfully directed a team of account executives, solution sellers, solution advisors, and enterprise architects, driving significant year-over-year sales revenue growth during his leadership tenure. Based in Atlanta, Franzén is recognized for helping organizations execute complex transformation programs.

Meagan White, who joined Kibo in April 2023 as vice president of marketing, will be taking on the role of chief marketing officer. White brings more than a decade of marketing leadership experience across B2B software companies, including previous roles as vice president of marketing at MoEngage and global demand generation leader at Acquia. At Kibo, she has been instrumental in accelerating growth and demand generation through strategic marketing initiatives, supporting a 62% increase in net new ARR/bookings over the last 12 months. White’s expertise spans demand generation, sales development, product marketing, digital marketing, and communications, making her a key part of Kibo’s evolving journey toward accelerating its go-to-market strategy and delivering commerce solutions that drive business value for its customers.
