Localogy Announces Leaders in Localized Marketing and SMB-SaaS

Hibu and Sandy Lohr Among Honorees Recognized by Excellence Awards

The winners of the first annual Localogy Excellence Awards were announced, celebrating leaders in localization across the marketing, media and technology industries with awards in eight categories. Winners were to be announced on the final day of Localogy’s annual event – Localogy 20/20 – which has been postponed amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Among those honored were local digital marketing platform Hibu, which won for “Most Significant Business Transformation” as the company made the titanic shift from a print and Yellow Pages-driven business to a digital marketing solutions provider. Sandy Lohr was named “The Category Builder” for her nearly three decades of work in local, the innovative strategies she led as CEO of SaaS platform MatchCraft, as well as her work to encourage the participation of women and youth involvement in digital solutions.

“Given the current global environment, we are happy to share a bit of good news with the announcement of our 2020 award winners. Alongside these winners, Localogy would also like to recognize the leaders in Localized Marketing, per the results of the 2020 Localized Marketing Benchmark Report, conducted by Localogy in partnership with SOCi. The top 10 brands in 2020 were; Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Amazing Lash Studio, Jason’s Deli, Sky Zone, CPR Cell Phone Repair, Anytime Fitness, Pet Supplies Plus, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Club Pilates, and The Learning Experience Academy of Early Education.
